Sushi Bae — Restaurant in Virginia

Omg!!! You definitely need to eat here! Delicious was everything I ordered! I had a curry seafood soup with scallops, salmon and shrimp gyoza, Mitch special - seared tuna with crab stick, avocado and shrimp, which was amazingly delicious!! And Naughty girl roll with spicy salmon inside and avocado and fresh salmon on top! The roll was very fresh and moist, I have to admit, not all places have this freshness of sushi. Well, definitely my favorite sushi place! I also visited another sushi bae location, which was also good! When I eat sushi, it has to be mouthwatering, and it is!!! This is my first time here, at this location, and definitely not the last! I have to add I am a huge foodie and sushi lover ❤️😊 I read the other reviews and can’t concur with their experience, my service was great, the server came up to me several times asking if I needed anything. It was at 6 pm on Wednesday and they were not busy. I am a regular person, and this is my first time here, so I encourage you all who got a great experience here to leave your good review! They definitely deserve more than 4.1...

I live right down the street from this place, finally decided to give it a try. For the price of the sushi, I was expecting it to be very good and for it to come with real wasabi. The sushi was the same quality you would find in a buffet, a long with the green horseradish you find at one. We also ordered the hibachi ribeye, and my wife ordered it medium, and I order it medium rare. She got it well done(it was dry like chicken) and mine was medium. The "fried rice" was steamed rice with soy sauce on it. This entree was such a huge disappointment, we sent it back which I NEVER do. And to top this off, me and my wife heard one of the chiefs was saying stuff like "How can they not like it" and "Next time they come here we're not serving them" so loudly from the kitchen we could actually hear him. Can't say enough good things about this place! We just moved to Woodbridge so all of our restaurant choices are based on Google reviews. This place was awesome and totally affordable! They have the best ginger dressing I have EVER eaten! It was so good in fact, that I asked if the sell just the dressing, and they did! $5 for a pint so I got one to go. My husband got sushi deluxe and it was only like $23 and it came with a spicy tuna roll (we usually pay extra in every other restaurant to get spicy tuna), so that was a bonus! I highly recommend the Lovers Kiss specialty roll, it was freaking awesome! If you like specialty rolls, they have 2 full pages on the menu to choose from. The calamari app was pretty good too!
