We have been ordering from Buffalo Mo’s through DoorDash for the last several months during quarantine. We never had a bad experience until today. I guess now that the restaurant is open to the public again, they don’t really care about the quality that they send out through DoorDash deliveries. I find that pretty insulting as we were supporting this business while they were forced to be closed to the public. With that said, we received our order via DoorDash with eight different meals. Three of the eight were missing the fries that were supposed to come with them. Funny thing is that it was even written in the outside of the carton in marker but still missing. There were also other issues with the quality, but like I said earlier, they must not care now that they’re open to the public again. Well, my husband called up to let them know that the fries were missing from a few of the orders, and the girl that he was speaking with got a complete attitude. She even tried to blame DoorDash, when all they do is deliver it, they don’t prepare it. He then asked to speak to the manager and instead of the manager getting on the phone, he tried to relate the message saying that we can come and pick up the missing fries. Then my husband said I want to talk to the manager because he didn’t like how she was talking to him and she literally said “well I don’t like you” and actually hung up the phone! That is very disgusting customer service! I took it upon myself to call back and I could hear people laughing as I was trying to talk to the “manager”, which I’m not sure was even the manager. My husband then took the phone back and they took his number and was told that the owner would call him back which surprisingly never happened. Go figure! With the very disrespectful people that work here, well it’s obvious that we will never support this business again. It wasn’t even about the fries at the end of the day. No happy hour food (that was a deal) A lot and we mean, .......A LOT... Of fruit fly's at all over the whole bar area. Everywhere! Drove us nuts.. More nuts then we were before we got there. Everything was so dirty and wet. Stunk..
The $9.00 charge of a bacon cheese burger was one half star it self. Thick 1" paddy (a plus) but very much smaller then the buns, a small piece of old lettuce, a piece of bacon ripped in half like McDonald's does for there cheap 1.00 sum burgers, a sliver of a sliver of a half of onion slice sliver, 1 small slice of an old small Roma tomato sliver, no ketchup or mustard ( none anywhere in sitting site) and on a bun that was waaaaay over toasted to a crunchee... Put-toooo!
Decides swatting little flys and the service sucked worst then the soup kitchen, We rate this one and a half star/1. We literally had a better bacon deluxe burger at McDonalds. Seriously.

Read morePretty bad all around experience. Went on a Friday night, kinda busy but nothing out of the normal for a weekend. 5 dollar cover at the door. Must have been for pay per view because the DJ was nothing more than an iPod owner. Waited at bar for 9 minutes before being acknowledged by bar staff. Seemed like they were incapable of tending more than one drink order at a time. Ordered a draft cider. It was room temperature in a warm glass. Glass has food dried on the bottom of it. Something green and red.????? Placed my unfinished glass on the bar and a seemingly homeless lady starting complaining at me for getting in her way, even though she was 6 feet away. Obviously drank far too much. Bartender observed this and laughed and turned away. Bathroom was rivaled by a 24 hour gas station in downtown Detroit. Smelled horribly of urine and toilet jammed up with stuff. I mentioned it to staff and they also laughed and turned away. Doorman was the only positive thing there. Polite, speedy and professional. But I will never go there again. No biggie, I'm a small fish. But if your looking for a night out, consider Denny's and bring your own flask, far more...
