Whether they take your order on a phone, online, or in person, they always seem to mess up and order. The worst part is when THEY mess up, they get upset that they have to waste the food that you didn't order.
The first time was an online order. I ordered fried rice, that did not mention chicken, and I don't eat meat so I chose that in a burrito. I also said no mushrooms. I received both chicken and mushrooms in my burrito. When I brought it back, they said it was made from scratch and they would have to throw it away and they are losing money for a wasted burrito. How can you force a vegetarian to eat meat when you made the wrong order? They were so upset that they had to make an order over, and ignored the fact that I was wronged.
The second time was in person. The first guy taking the order doesn't speak or hear well, so he types in what he thinks he hears and doesn't repeat your order. So when I went to pay, it was wrong again.
This last time, I called in an order. The guy didn't repeat my order but said ok. When my dad went to pick up the order, they said there was no name on the order. So they just gave him what was there. When he brought it home, it was all wrong. Irritated, I drove in with the order and asked to see a manager. I was repeatedly asked what the issue was, and no manager came. Not that it would've made a difference, seeing how everyone has the same attitude of them losing money. But the same guy who took my phone order asked me my order and read my correct order that he wrote down. How do you write down the correct order but ring it up wrong? So he said he will get the correct order done. Once it was complete, he made sure to take back the original wrong order. Not that he could do anything with the food I returned. Possibly give it to another customer. Since they can't waste food. But there was no compensation to me as the customer, for having to drive all the way back to get my right order.
They never really care about the customer, it's always about them losing money. I can't believe they actually say this to a customer. I will never go back to this location. Three...
Read moreThe place is very clean and even during weekday noon rush the staff are attentive and organized as witnessed by my wife who went in to purchase takeout. As with any new to us dining establishment we (wife & I) try to sample a few things vs just two meals.
Wings, cilantro rice, steak fries, and spinach. The rice was ok. The heavy cilantro taste wasn't good for me. Fries were good. Spinach had an unidentifiable spice in it that the wife nor I cared for. The wings were over cooked and that in turn left little edible meat on the wingette and the drumette was marginal. $10.99 would be reasonable if it was cooked correctly.
Chicken burrito. Huge burrito. Mostly rice, some beans, and little chicken. I salvaged what chicken I could and it tasted ok. Note: I did find a large piece of chicken breast cartilage during my salvage operation that would have been a real surprise if I would have been actually eating it wrapped up. *See attached picture. $10.99 is very expensive for a rice and bean burrito with a hint of chicken.
Veggie quesadilla. It was very good.
Not going back.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Read moreI like this food but it isn't worth it at this point. They will not be getting my business again. They always have an attitude and are very rude. Everyone EXCEPT the man who I believe is the manager is rude to me. I am always told that I have to wait for food thats right in front of me and them. They then serve people who come after me EXACTLY what I just asked for. I never make a big deal about it but its ALWAYS something here. I've ordered over the phone, come to pick it up and there were things missing. Every time. Then the last time I ordered my food over the phone, I made a huge order since my family was in town and when I arrived I was told I never ordered it even when I had specifically asked for an order number when we were on the phone. Once again I was told that my order number did not exist. Didn't make a big deal just sat and waited. I can go on and on about my experiences here because it is definitely everytime I go there but I work in the food/customer service industry and I would never treat any of my customers this way. If you don't want to deal with people choose another job. I will be driving the extra miles to get Ricky's chicken on route 1 if I want chicken from now on. Atleast I won't have to deal with the constant BS that I am given at...
