It's pretty much impossible to have a poor subway service unless the food quality at a franchise is poor, but I have been proven wrong. This location employs untrained staff, who often do not speak English. On Sunday, a young man who seemed completely new, was not getting much guidance and did not speak English handled my order and messed up multiple times. Then my order was transferred to a young lady who seemed over worked and as she completed my order and handed off to the cashier she forgot to bag everything and didn't even ask if we wanted to make our sandwiches a meal. The cashier - seemed like the manager - rudely asked what sandwhiches I had then entered my order in, as I turned to my purse to pull my money out she walked away, then comes back and voids my order and enters the order for the lady behind me. I asked her what she was doing and she ignored me and the other customer, embarrassed because she was obviously cutting the line, said she just wanted to pay for her pizza but that I could go first. The cashier / manager still did not void her transaction and I just looked at her and finally said 'what are you doing? You need to ring up my order!' She did but verbally abused me in Spanish (I'm fluent) and apologized to the customer who was trying to cut me (must have been some friend of hers).
I am so disgusted by this behavior and saddened by the poor service experienced. This is a convenient location, but I will surely never go to this subway again.

Knock knock knock on the door, two boys working behind the counter very carefully avoided looking at me even though I was obvious. Knocked louder, they continued to pretend not to hear me. Knocked very loudly, they looked up as though surprised. Yeah right.
Hey, I was 17 once, too. But if these guys aren’t going to keep the store open per the store’s policy, you need to replace them now. The smaller, white, boy came to the door and told me the hours have changed to close at 9. He said, “Oh we haven’t changed the door sign yet.”
Yeah right again. I love Subway, and I drove over here specifically to get a big healthy meal. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on.
PS: if the boys weren’t lying about closing at 9 PM, and the store has chosen to make that decision but not changed the sign on the door or updated it online, that’s a total management problem....

This is one of those restaurants. Avoid ordering food online here. They are so busy cheating their online customers with their food quantities that they don’t even bother to properly read what has been ordered. Multiple times they have got my order wrong. Today, it was the bread. Ordered couple of footlongs. In one of the footlong, there was just 1 small piece of chicken on half the sandwich. The other half had barely enough that you would find on a 6inch sub. Same cheating with Veggies.
Bad customer service from subway as well. There is no easy way to complain to subway directly. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they don’t bother to answer the call. I hope Subway does something about this. Otherwise, its just a matter of time that this becomes a major...
