I placed an order for two platters (chicken tikka and chicken seekh kabob) for pickup at this restaurant. Upon checking the order at home , I found that the chicken tikka platter was missing the salad and all the food was mixed up, while the chicken seekh kabob platter was missing naan, chickpeas, salad, and rice. When I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, they instructed me to return to the restaurant to resolve the problem. I had to drive back to the restaurant and wait for approximately 10 minutes, after which they provided only the missing items without any compensation for the inconvenience. I was disappointed with the poor quality check process at the restaurant, which caused me to drive back and forth for a single order. By the time I came home after second trip to restaurant, the kebob were already cold. The customer service was also unsatisfactory, and despite the good quality of the food, the service ruined my overall experience. Therefore, I rate this restaurant one star for this experience. In my opinion, there is ample room for improvement in customer experience, particularly when the restaurant is at fault, and orders are placed directly through their website rather than third-party delivery platforms such as Grubhub or Uber Eats. Quality check and good customer experience and service is of utmost importance in restaurant business. If you guys make a mistake, you need to correct it by providing the compensation for the customer for the inconvenience. You cannot expect your customers to drive back and forth for your mistake.

I love Pakistani food and I’m always seeking good, authentic Pakistani eats, but they’re very hard to find. I came here one evening to try their chicken Seekh kabob and it was excellent! The perfect mixture of spices, flavor, and heat. I also got a side of chick peas and like the kabob, they were great too! Since I was trying to eat somewhat healthy, I got a small salad and it was nicely made, with fresh veggies. Their mint yogurt chutney was bland and basic and far from anything I’m familiar with, so that was a bust. And the customer service from the guy they had running the cashier was pretty bad too. I noticed that around the time I was leaving a different guy came up who spoke better English and was friendlier and I saw his interaction with guests, which was so much better than the first guy’s. Overall, I’d return and hope for better service. I’d definitely give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service I got and witnessed others getting from the first guy.

First of all, the restaurant is on the second floor. The interior decoration of the place is colorful and fun with these cute umbrellas up on the ceiling. They have outdoor seating as well. They had an open area with prayer rugs, which I appreciated as a Muslim who prays. The bathrooms were clean! The serving size of the food was generous. I really liked their naan -- it was so fluffy. I do have to say that the food was a bit spicier than I expected, but that may also be because my spice tolerance has gone down over the years. It was still flavorful and enjoyable. I liked the mango lassi. I gave 4 stars for service because it seemed like the place was more designed for takeout than dine-in -- there wasn't wait staff hovering around to ask us what we needed. However, the wait staff would respond to our questions/requests if we went up to the front to ask them for anything. Overall, would recommend this place.

I went here hoping for a quality dinner with my wife yesterday. I was severely disappointed.

Firstly the table arrangement was very disorganized, and unclean upon arrival. There was barely any room to get to the booth that we ended up sitting at, as it was the only one available. When we sat down there was mess splattered on the table. An employee there was preparing a table for reservation and did clean ours after I asked him as he was walking away. He was kind, but tables should already be orderly and clean for all guests, not just reserved tables.

Secondly the food quality, service and ordering system is lacking. To begin with, their technology doesn't seem to work. The message printed when we used their ordering kiosk stated I should get a text when my food is ready, instead I needed to wait to hear my name shouted across the restaurant. I never got a text. The system shouldn't state one thing, and then something else happens instead.

The food takes way too long to be made. I understand that fresh, quality food needs time and attention. But, the time it took to prepare what we were served isn't justifiable. We waited 40+ minutes for two samosas, two fries, and two sandwiches. It doesn't take 40 minutes to make these items while ensuring quality and freshness, not for a good restaurant at least.

Once we finally recieved our food we were especially disappointed. To start with, the samosas smelled like chicken, which they shouldn't, they're veggie samosas. We suspect they were fried in the same oil as chicken, which is not good practice for a restaurant. I ordered my sandwich with no sauce, and my wife ordered with no pickles. Neither of the modifications were done. To top it off, my wife's sandwich was made with a comically small piece of chicken, the size of a chicken strip.

When I asked at the counter to re-make the sandwiches, I was told there are other customers who placed orders and they will not expedite remaking the food that was made incorrectly. At that point, I was fed up, asked for a refund and left. I was not going to wait 1 hour or more for below average food, after already waiting. The restaurant clearly doesn't care about their customers and serving quality food based on...

Chaska is truly a culinary gem that never fails to delight my taste buds! This remarkable restaurant has mastered the art of serving exquisite kabobs, chaats, salads, and the most divine naan and Paratha rolls. With every visit, I find myself falling in love with this place all over again.

What sets Chaska apart, besides its delectable menu, is its impeccable setting and top-notch service. The ambiance is simply enchanting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're enjoying a cozy dinner for two or celebrating a special occasion with friends and family, Chaska's inviting atmosphere sets the stage for unforgettable moments.

Now, let me sing praises for Ajmeer, the true star of this establishment. His dedication to providing exceptional service is truly out of this world. Ajmeer's attentiveness and warm hospitality make each visit feel like a special occasion. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for.

Chaska has become more than just a restaurant for me; it's a culinary haven where flavors burst to life, and hospitality is second to none. If you haven't experienced the magic of Chaska yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Prepare to be dazzled by their incredible food, enchanting ambiance, and the one and only Ajmeer, whose service will leave you smiling from ear to ear.
