Food was terrible. Panini chicken sandwich had tiny pieces of bones. Mirchi fries were not freshly made, like they made it earlier during the day and reheated in the microwave. Hummus platter had moldy and stale small pita bread pieces that were hard, like they stuck it in the microwave for too long. Can’t believe they served us MOLDY bread! I had already eaten a piece before my sis noticed. Yuk! Pizza was ok, but tasted like frozen pizza warmed up. Kunafe was not freshly made. Again, tasted like it was store bought and reheated. Service was terrible as well. When we complained about the moldy bread and the bones in the chicken sandwich, the server didn’t even apologize, but just took it back. The manager did come out and said sorry, said he would take off from our bill. The hookah kept going out, we had to get up and find the server to refill to coal. The place only had one other customer there, so no excuse for bad service. The manager was no where to be found as we were leaving. The server was the cashier and only took off the hummus. We were wondering why it was so dead, and now we know. Nice decor and overall hookah was ok. Not recommending...
Read moreI have many things to say about this establishment. These are my very un-biased reviews as I believe this place has amazing potential but could tweak just a few things!
My positive reviews- The food was absolutely divine, the drinks were great! The chairs, the decorations, the pretty back-drop for pictures, absolutely beautiful! The food speed was also VERY quick, 5 stars on that!!!
My negative reviews- The service was very awkward, the music kept getting turned off and it would make the restaurant completely silent and the person at the door could hear our entire conversation if she wanted. She was on some loud app, then she was on the phone/facetime with a man the entire time which I found a little unprofessional.
My suggestion- Try speakers throughout the restaurant for a more classier feel rather than a tv , a tv gives off sports restaurant vibes rather than a classy hookah establishment which this place is.
Other than that, great place! just some minor tweaks and changes that should be implemented. I have lots of hope for this place , it's stunningly beautiful, the staff members might just need some help on...
Read moreThe venue is posh inside. It's absolutely charming, romantic, and cozy. Service is superb!! Nice stars all the way. Drink options amazing!! Food? Not so much. For a place like this, food needs to match. More options need to be offered, and better ingredients as well as presentation needs to match the restaurant. We ordered two sandwiches, though tasted alright, weren't impressive. The plate came rather empty looking. There should have been chips, fruit, fries, or something else for both feeding people's hunger as well as presentation. The sandwich left me hungry and wanting more... and I'm 115 lbs who isn't much of an eater.
This place has so much potential, I didn't understand why it was not packed. I think when the food is better, this place can be a cozier version of Ivy the Lake.
The total spent was on 2 dinners, 2 cold drinks, 2 hot drinks, fries, and...
