Two lanes for the drive thru service. I chose the outside lane to place my order, the drive thru lanes merge into one lane as I’m trying to merge over this car decides to come full throttle at me. I wave to get the drivers attention because maybe they didn’t see me. The driver then lets down her window and starts recording so of course I wave at the camera and she says “I didn’t see your car” I said ok and by then the employee comes over and ask if there is a problem. I reply yes and explain. The employee tells me that it’s my turn to go so therefore I proceed on. I look up in my rearview mirror and see two tall gentlemen standing in back of my car taking a picture of my license plate. I proceed to the drive thru window and ask who the employees were and why they were taking a picture. The manger then comes out and he is one of the gentleman that took the picture. He stated that the other driver wanted to file a complaint and they have called the police. I wait for the police to show up. The police officer spoke to both of us separately and stated that the other driver was apologetic and didn’t mean anything by it. My concern is why did two employee who are managers as I found out get involved and take a picture of my license plate on their personal phones. My other issues is they didn’t bother to ask me what happened or anything, they just took the other drivers side not considering two sides to every store and didn’t even ask your employee to verify the story. I’ve called 12 on your side, corporate office and I’m waiting to hear back. I will not eat at chic filet again and they may not miss my business but I would come in their atleast twice a week with my family spending over 50 dollars each time. I know I’m a small token of your business compared to the thousands of people that come there but your managers are disgusting, disrespectful human beings and go against chic filets so...
Read moreSeveral days ago I had a very nasty, rude little cashier remind that she could care less about the service Chic Fil A provided to me and even less about her interest uh resolve. I went through the drive through and ordered a meal to include sweet tea. I decided to park and eat outside the restaurant. The tea was unsweetened.. No big deal. Mistakes happen. I went inside explained that the tea given to me was unsweetened. The rude cashier looked at the cup and said well it says it’s sweet! I said well it’s not. She then offered to pour it out then give me more. I said that would be nice. When she handed me the tea she said if that’s not sweet enough you can stop by and put sugar packs in your cup! First of all nowhere in the tops say sweet tea. So she lied when she told me that.z second she acted as if I did something wrong by asking for a replacement! However, instead of addressing her directly I went to my car and filed a complaint at chic fil a’s complaint center. I was advised Howe Rice would be calling me. I decided to go back inside and also speak with the manager in duty. She said she would have Howe Rice call me the next day when he returned to the restaurant. He never called! I have been patronizing this location since 2011!!! I think it’s sad that workers feel troubled when they don’t give customers what we’ve paid for and we request corrections! I think it’s horrible that my complaint went unaddressed and even worst that Howe Rice failed to return my call as I asked! I’ll gladly take my business where it’s appreciated! If you get the orders right the first time you wouldn’t...
Read more2022 July, 2nd time stopping here was much better. Drive thru experience was good, food was good and decided to stop at this location because I usually stop at the location on England street in Ashland and it is usually always busy. 2 lanes merge into one lane drive thru.
1 year prior, I wrote, Drive thru experience was okay. The food was good and the fries were fresh and hot as requested. This was my first time stopping at this location. It is not directly off of interstate 95. I was a bit confused by the cone that they placed in the middle of the entrance, so I passed the entrance for the drive thru, entered the entrance for the mobile online pickup parking lot and had to exit that parking lot and enter the drive thru entrance on one side of the cone at the same time that another car was on the other side of the cone (that car was exiting and leaving Chick=fil=A). It was a tight squeeze getting into Chick=fil=A and when merging from the two lane drive thru to the one lane next to the building to pickup our food from the drive thru window. The young man that took my order was wearing a mask but he took my order on the driver side instead of the passenger side of my vehicle. The Chick=fil=A in South Riding (virginia) has young employees taking orders from the passenger side of the vehicle (to meet the CDC COVID-19 social distancing recommendation). The young man that gave me my receipt had a mask on but his nose was not covered. The young lady at the window did not have a mask on from what I remember because I think I remember seeing her pleasant smile. She was nice...
