Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

The other day my wife and I stopped through the drive through briefly to get a small snack before leaving town for a few days. We were in a hurry and the staff member in the drive through got our order checked in and moving down the line in a snap! Before we even felt like we had waited a minute our food was out, hot, and ready to go. The best part was that our dog was sitting in the back seat and thought she would get a pup cup since she usually does when we go through drive throughs. We forgot to request one and just figured it would be skipped. But no! Our server not only brought our food but also brought a pup cup (without request) for our dog answering her little puppy prayers. Best service in town and sometimes reads your mind for you! Kind of upset.

Used 2 sets of points to try and redeem an iced coffee and he scanned it in front of me. And then said, oh it’s not working. So then I had to pay for it. Instead of giving it to me. He saw me open the reward! He saw the code. He scanned the code. And then it disappeared!

What’s the point of getting points (600 EACH to be exact) if I can’t use them? He even watched the app glitch and watched it show that I had no iced coffee rewards. He said, “oh. Well I can’t scan it again so you have to pay.”

I would get it if it was a whole meal but it’s a coffee… and I used 2 sets of rewards for it. And didn’t even get points for the coffee that I then had to pay for… 🫠 not going to...

i never write reviews or complain but this was kinda my last straw with the timberlake location. besides the half full fries and missing items, i had their salad last night and found multiple hairs in it. when i called that night, no one answered. so i called the next morning, was told to bring it in for a refund. unfortunately for me i don’t keep half eaten salads with hair in them, so i realized that unless i wanted to dig in the trash for a $10 salad, i wasn’t getting my money back. instead i’ll no longer be going to that location. so just a heads up to the cfa kitchen, please make sure ya’ll are wearing hair nets,...
