Waterlick Plaza — Local services in Timberlake

This is a tired shopping center with sparse businesses and in much need of a facelift. There are no less than 3 or 4 units available to rent and outside of a Subway, Pizza Hut, Curves, a pawn shop and Dollar Tree there is little else to see here. Parking is atrocious as there is a call center down at the end of the shopping center and its employees park all over the place and thus make parking a premium. Good selection of places to eat also other stores that are interesting to go into. I wish this Dollar Tree had more of a selection but I can't complain. The parking lot is a little messed up lines are very faded making it hard to know where to park or it leaves people parking in between spaces stop sign to go in is very faded which I think is the biggest safety hazard but all in all I give it 3 stars because the people who work in all of the Waterlick Plaza stores are really...

I use to come here all the time now it won't be at all. The had the best Dollar Tree in town. Since they bought Family Dollar it is now a mess. Some items have $5, $10 or $15 price tags. Then 1/2 of the store has nothing. Makes things interesting. Figured out the things with no price were a $1. I don't like this, I want the old store back where you didn't have to guess if the next aisle was a $10 or $1 aisle. ...
