Panda Express — Restaurant in Virginia

This was my favorite restaurant to order from since all other Chinese restaurants have gone down hill in area, even though It’s fast food Americanized Chinese I still enjoyed ordering delivery from here as my food always arrived sealed, until a few weeks back I received my first unsealed bag by a DoorDash driver(not related but although asked in the instructions to please leave order at door he refused, even texted me he was waiting at the door I replied please leave at door and he was unwilling) When I asked him why the bag was unsealed he replied not his problem that’s how he received it, needless to say I threw that in trash received refund as the manager stated food is always sealed to go ahead and discard, and sent replacement, another week later same issue but very friendly driver who stated they were very busy and understaffed so I ate the food, now I order again, I leave in notes to restaurant to please seal bag for delivery driver, also leave delivery instructions to my driver to please verify bag is sealed before taking my order, but yet again I received unsealed bag with forks not in their sealed plastic they always come in, I felt very uncomfortable eating this food and no customer should ever have to feel this way, food safety should be NUMBER 1 priority, there are lots of awful third party drivers out there, very impolite that I don’t trust with my food, and unfortunately sometimes I just cannot pick up myself. Gave this location another chance after a bad experience a couple of months ago. Still no improvements, in fact it seems like it got worse. Do NOT go here if you like getting your food on time. It took almost an hour in between ordering and receiving the food. I ordered ahead on the app. Upon getting there they said it would be 5 more minutes, which was already 15 minutes past the pickup time. Okay, fine I'll wait. People in line come and go. 3 others are waiting for their mobile orders as well, having been there even longer than us and growing increasingly frustrated. By the time they gave us our food, half of it was cold and our drinks were super watered down and the cups were pretty soggy. A lot of customers left angry or without the food they wanted because the woman communicating with the people waiting kept forgetting about what still needed to be served. 10 minutes, became another 10 minutes, which then became half an hour+ for multiple customers. Once we finally got our food we got to witness them mischarge a woman for the person's food behind her and they told her they could not fix it and that there was no way to reverse the charge even thought it was Panda's mistake.

There needs to be better management or more training for the staff because they did not know how to get food out on time, communicate with customers, or work the register it seems. Disappointing all around. But hey, at least you get a free show with your meal by watching other customers try to deal...

This place doesn’t deserve a star at all !!!!!!

1/4/21 I went to Panda Express in stafford va. I went through drive thru . I ordered the bigger plate grilled teriyaki chicken with a side of rice . I even went to the register and ordered a smaller container of teriyaki chicken . A little after i got home and started eating my food . My child noticed there was a long strand of hair in her food . It was swiveled inside of the rice . I called the same night , no answer . Today i called twice and finally someone answered and i asked to speak to a manager. The manager asked if i had my receipt and i said no but i have proof of payment and location on my card transaction . He then said what did i order so i told him . He said you should’ve called yesterday and i said i did . He was very rude and nasty ! When asking if there was someone over him like a general manager he told me no . He is the general manager . He never apologized for my food . I asked for his name and he said he wasn’t obligated to tell me that information . Don’t eat here . I don’t care if your stomach is on empty don’t eat here . The management is so bad . And for him to hang up on me and tell me he didn’t have to tell me his name . He doesn’t need to be a manager . I will be reaching...
