My family and I order from chickfila once a week every single week and have for years. The last SIX weeks in a row something has been wrong with our order every single time. It's gotten ridiculous. Does anyone double check the order before putting them out? We always go to this location. It used to happen once in awhile and on occasion I might email about it. But now it happens every single week. The last time I emailed, the manager emailed me to tell me that I should be checking my order before leaving the store. (I was getting home and realizing something was left out.) Okay... I think the employees also need to check the order but I did what he said and started checking before I walked out and again, every week for 6 weeks now something has either been completely missing or made incorrectly. More often, something was completely missing. It's one thing to check to make sure everything is in my order before I walk out the door. I should NOT have to open all 5 sandwiches prior to exiting to make sure they are prepared correctly... which has also been a prpblem lately. This week, my son's sandwich was missing all the extras we paid for. I had checked for all items but, no, I did not open the sandwiches before I left because that is ridiculous. His package even had the correct information on the bag but wrong sandwich. 6 weeks in a row. Our weekly order may need to stop until people start checking their work. But more than that, I think upset about the fact that the manager basically blamed me for not checking my order prior to leaving instead of taking responsibility for the fact the staff is frequently getting orders wrong. This location may have a 4.5 star rating but scroll through and read all the recent posts about incorrect orders and...
Read moreAbsolute nightmare of an experience at this Chick-fil-A, we always go to the one at Chattanooga plaza because it's closer but my daughter wanted to go to the playground so we went to this one. I scan the QR code for a dine in order and apparently while I was doing the order they shut off mobile ordering so my order went to the Chattanooga one. I talked to frank m who seemed to be the manager and he says what he did that he shut off mobile ordering and that we were out of luck and had to go to the other store. Of course my wife and daughter didn't feel like going all the way to the store that was closer to begin with and so we ordered dine in. I canceled the other order didn't get my money back had to go through the dime in line and upon getting our dine in order my wife's sandwich was completely wrong too.. so after everything we paid twice as much it took twice as long and didnt even get our order right. The main thing I'm upset with is the manager didn't try to help at all just told us to kick rocks because he decided to shut off mobile ordering and didn't tell anyone so it's now just our inconvenience to go to the other store. The only thing that saved it was the team members they were really...
Read moreOut of all the Chick fil-a restaurants I’ve been to anywhere, this IS the worst run. The manager has a bad attitude and we are OFTEN having to call them after getting home and realizing they didn’t put all of the food we ordered in the bag. No real concern about it. They don’t care. They just tell us to come back up and get it. Hey, Chick fil-a, how about you call grub hub and bring it to me instead of telling me to drive all the way back because the kids you have working the drive through would rather be goofing around with each other than get my order right. This always happens at night. I don’t know who the night manager is but he is surely giving this store a bad reputation! We go out of our way to go to a different store to avoid the nonsense of this one which is directly on our way home. I know they really don’t care, and if the food wasn’t good(which is why people keep going-at least to this store), they would have a hard time. This is the only store that we have ever visited that doesn’t seem to follow the famous Chick fil-a customer service/operational procedures. You would think the manager, owner, or corporate offices would go in and retrain...
