I promise I will never go to this location again. Today marks the 2nd time being treated rudely by management (skinny, short, black guy with glasses. Today I did a mobile order hoping to avoid interactions with this guy but unfortunately I wasn’t so lucky. My order was due to be ready at 1 PM. When I got there it was not ready I waited a couple of minutes and the young lady noticed me and asked if she could help. When I told her my order should’ve been ready at one she went over to the guy who was working on the mobile orders and told him that I was there waiting and she didn’t tell me that he was working on my order then. As I watch the young man continue to fix orders I could see that the order he was preparing was not for me. As he completed the order another young man came in to pick up the order must’ve been a friend of hisBecause they said that they’re having a conversation right in front of me as if I wasn’t standing there waiting for my order. I’ve been noticed they not so pleasant manager I had already received poor customer service from your my last visit at this location and I asked him wasn’t he the manager and I told him I needed to have a word with him. He came over and asked how he could help and I told him that I was waiting for an order that should’ve been ready at 1 o’clock. It was now 10 after one and I told him that I felt like I should be refunded for this order and still given the order anyway.He turned his back to me and yelled over his shoulder as he walked back to wards the grill “ I doubt that we will do that!” Another young man by the name of Derek then approached me and I explained my issue and what I would like them to do in order to make me feel appreciated as a customer and he said he would do what he could but since I’ve made the mobile order that he didn’t think he could refund my money. Derek told me that he would send an email with my concerns but for me to also go online and do this survey about customer service. As I’m standing having a conversation with Derek I can see the other two gentlemen standing to the side cutting there are towards me talking. This is very poor customer service. Read moreThe food here is good. That is, when they actually have everything you want, which doesn't happen too often. I normally have to wait a while to receive my pick-up orders, which is usually ok. I can wait for a few minutes past my pick-up time. Last night really ticked me off though. I placed a pick-up order for 9pm. Walk in at 9:03, order isn't ready. I tell the workers my name and that I'm there for pick up. They look around, can't find it. 5 minutes later, they ask my name again. Still can't find it. At 9:10, they discover the ticket was never taken off the printer. At this point, I've watched about 15 other guests come and go through the line with their food.
So now that they've discovered the ticket that is already ten minutes late, you'd think they would expedite the order, right? Nope. They set it aside and continue serving egery other guest that walks in. Watched another 15 customers get their food before they made my order. The line staff set it next to the register. For whatever reason the cashier can't stay at the damn register for more than 5 minutes without walking off. So after he returns, he ignores my food and bags up the food for the next person in line. After the customer walks off, I walk up to the register. Cashier ignores me, and checks out the next customer in line. Meanwhile, my food is sitting 2 feet away from him. After he rings up 2 people, he walks away AGAIN. I ended up reaching over the counter and bagging my own food. Left the store at 9:25 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 9. To be fair, they seem a bit understaffed, but there's no excuse for what happened.
I go to this location because it's right up the street from my work. That's literally the only reason. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend going to any other Chipotle in the area, as this is a recurring theme for me. It's just never been...

From the beginning you place a foot in the store you don’t even get greeted there’s this young teenagers that seem to honestly could care less about their job they look at you mad and make you not feel welcomed especially this two young Asian girls working in the front line. As, I was ordering my food I noticed that the portions they were giving were little so I ask for more and it seem they just got mad and frustrated at the fact that I ask for more which clearly they weren’t putting enough one of the girls even rolled her eyes just because I was asking for more portion of the food. As, I was headed to pay I noticed that the cashier named Ashley charge me triple meat which I had only order 1 which is funny because the portion of the meat were so little and charge me an extra $8.30 for it but I only noticed that when we got home but I think it’s completely unacceptable for these people to not know how to do their job correctly and to top it the food was very bland with barely any taste I have always been satisfied with Chipotle but for sure this time it really disappointed completely I will definitely stay away from Chipotle from now on and especially this location...
