Paid $23 dollars for a chicken bowl and some chips and salsa. I asked for half and half of the al pastor and reg chicken and extra lettuce. I don’t do veggies or guacamole or sour cream and all that just the rice, red salsa, the cheese, extra lettuce, black beans and meat… they literally swamped my bowl with sauce, beans, and cheese and they do this EVERY TIME I ORDER ONLINE AT THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. They barely put any meat which is surprising since I asked for 2 and they didn’t even put a lot of rice to at least balance the bowl. Then on top of it they literally just sprinkle a few pieces of lettuce on top.. like not even a hand full since when I opened my bowl it was literally a pile of cheese with some splashes of lettuce. I’m thinking well the bowl is super heavy so at least they packed it with everything else just for me to see just a sea of beans and more sauce underneath with barely any meat. They also forgot my chips which I eat with my bowl. So when I went back in to ask lady wouldn’t even acknowledge me or speak to me. It was 9:30 and no customers were up front and I stood there for 30 secs waiting for her to at least greet me back or acknowledge me and she literally looked over and around me. I had to ask the other lady who also didn’t acknowledge me but at least was looking over at me when I was trying to get the other woman’s attention. I asked for extra lettuce which she got me while the other lady rolled her eyes and continued standing there and then put my chips on the counter while not saying anything to me. So overall this experience was trash. Only ate about half of my $23 bowl at best since again it was mostly beans, cheese, and sauce. Once the protein was gone, it wasn’t much of a meal for me. Def not worth the trouble, disappointment, and money to deal with thrown together dishes that aren’t made properly or with the right portions or the attitude and rude customer service when trying to correct it. Read moreI am a very loyal Chipotle customer since 2005. I was at the Triple Seven location last week. I had the worst customer service experience from the representative Maria Portillo. Unlike the other representatives, she is always so stingy on everything despite me complaining about the amount she puts in the bowl. On this day, it was too much that I convinced myself that I had to say something. What is more frustrating is that she does not even look at customers when we place an order and that she doesn't respond or explain what she is doing when we complain. She just moves to the next item and expects the customer to do so too. During this instance, the only reaction I saw on her face was the rolling of her eyes when I asked for a proper amount which I always get from the other representatives. I understand if she would ignore me if I asked for more chicken, which I didn't. I was actually paying more to double the chicken amount which I should. This is not the first time she did it and I am sure it will not be the last unless you take some kind of measures. I read some of the negative reviews for this location and I see that there is a lady who is upsetting Chipotle customers by not giving the proper amounts. I originally came to complain about the lack of service only 40min before closing, when now I see that your actual posted closing time is 10:00 p.m... this is not the first or even second time I have received poor service at these hours at this location. In fact I go to this specific Chipotle so infrequently that my entire social circle agreed that you're closing hours were at 9:00 p.m. on account of the attitude and poor customer service that the dinner time staff carries, seemingly on the regular.. not to mention the time two staff members were blatantly gossiping about my girlfriend to our faces in spanish, not knowing that I could understand them. I'm not one to go out of my way to leave reviews, let alone negative ones. That being said, I love Chipotle and I have never once received poor customer service during the lunch time hours at this location.
