Absolutely poorly run location. I made an order online for pick-up the day prior but, they did not have my order ready. Instead of the ready-to-eat rolls, they charged me for a box of heat-and-serve rolls at the counter since they didn't have my order.
The cashier claimed to have refunded my online and handed me some tiny slip of paper that looks like some sort of authorization slip. Already late, I took the rolls and the "refund receipt".
It took TWO WEEKS, to get my money back. And that was after 3 phone calls and me PHYSICALLY going back to the location to inquire why my refund hadn't been processed.

Read moreCinnabon fanatic here and this is THE BEST Cinnabon!! Always soft and gooey (unlike some of those disappointing and hard airport Cinnabons) even when you get the pre-made to go boxes. Naturally, you gotta nuke em for 30 seconds but they are just as good as fresh (if eaten within a few days, but when do they even survive that long?!)... if you are craving Cinnabon and are nearby, make that detour! FYI enter on the Chipotle side, it’s a little kiosk setup.
Update (3 yrs later): I live in Richmond now but whenever I swing through Newport News I try to stop in for these amazing rolls. This shop has maintained its quality this whole time...
Read moreI have been to this particular location twice. I thought the first time was a fluke so I decided to give it another shot. Well, I can confidently say that their cinnabons are always DRY. It taste like they are reheating them. Also, they use very little frosting so you have to pay an additional fee. Furthermore, I did not witness them baking any fresh cinnabons on both occasions.
