Worst experience EVER! Iāve never seen such a bad setup and terrible flow for a place of business ever. Iām not sure what the purpose is for having online ordering, but itās definitely not for convenience nor is it for COVID safety and protection. I had an online order ready for pickup, paid for already. Went during my lunch break today at 1:00. Since the store is only permitted 20 people at a time, there were 3 people standing outside randomly, waiting to get in. Not in an orderly line. The girl inside the store saw me, didnāt wave me in, another lady waiting outside informed me to sign in. I went to the lady at counter and informed her I had an online order pickup, to which she stated I still had to wait on the list. I said okay, although it did not make sense to me at all. There were 3 people working at the counters, 1 at a register and several people waiting to be helped standing against the walls. I waited 20 min outside store. They let one family out, no one else, which allowed the 4 of us waiting to come inside. I went behind the people in line at register and waited while they were being completed another 22 minutes! The worker helping them (who saw me this whole time standing behind them) proceeded to walk away from register leaving me there. I said excuse me, I have an order pickup. She replied, āu sign in?ā I said huh?! I just need to pickup a paid order. She said āyeah everyone signs in and we go in orderā. I told her doesnāt that seem a bit off to u. We are all standing here. For 45 min the same people are being helped. My order is paid for and packaged. She told me to walk around and look around u til my name was called?!!! What!?.I looked online and picked out what I want, so I should walk and look around and expose myself to covid and waste my time in here for another hour or 2?! I couldnāt believe it. Get this, the girl at the front desk thought my name was even a different name than it is! Like somewhere different on the list completely. Needless to say I left. I was beyond frustrated. And I was thinking all this covid closure possibilities. No one cleaning at all. Iām a nurse practitioner so Iām acutely aware of observing these things. I began to explain I would like to make an exchange, she stated she was seasonal and couldnāt help me, but she would get someone. (It wasnāt what she said, it was how she said it. In a very annoyance way.) Then I was greeted by Natasha who began to help me and started off okay, but she seem a bit in a rush. When I didnāt see anything I wanted she appeared a little ruffled and began to continue to rush me even more. The overall visit was not one I could say was great. It felt a bit prejudged and rushed. I did see something on the other side of the store, I made my selection and she had the young lady put it on for me, thatās when I noticed one of my clamps were missing. To make a long story short she made me feel as if I was lying about the situation and how she needed to run the cameras back to etc. which was perfectly fine, however once again itās how she said it. But the store manager handled it great and didnāt make me feel like I was being prejudged.
