La señorita me atendió de muy mal gusto, ordené dos nieves de diferente sabor, en diferente conos y ella me dio la nieve en un solo cono los dos sabores, y le dije que si me lo podía cambiar y dijo que tenía que pagarlo de nuevo, y tuve que pagarlo de nuevo para que ella lo cambiara a como le había dicho la primera vez… Lo único que hizo ella fue quitar la nieve del cono que ya había hecho anteriormente y colocarlo en otro cono.

Today, my daughter and I visited this ice cream store. I was really looking forward to treating ourselves to some delicious ice cream. I ordered two ice creams and paid for them. However, when the lady who took my order came back with the ice cream, it was not what I had ordered. She handed me one cone and one cone with a double scoop, which was not what I had requested.

I politely informed her that this was not what I had ordered, but she insisted that it was. I tried to reason with her, pointing out that it didn't make sense for me to order one cone and one double scoop when I clearly wanted two separate ice cream.

After some back and forth, she finally agreed to remake the order. However, as I watched her prepare the new ice creams, I was shocked to see her simply take the top scoop from the double scoop cone and place it on the second cone, before serving it back to me.

I was extremely disappointed by this experience. I even took a picture of the ice cream to document what had happened. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location based on...

Good and Bad.

First the good. The assortment and flavors and quality of the ice cream is very good. And some of their flavors are quite unique in that I've never seen them served anywhere.

Now the bad. The prices seem reasonable but servings are small, so it's' really not a good deal. Note that ee typically get 2 scoops of ice cream on a cone. I haven't tried anything else there.

Anyhow, on one occasion, the server helping us was a young girl. She seemed to have a difficult time scooping the ice cream because it was hard and frozen. She settled with rather than providing 2 full scoops, it was more like 2 1/2 to 3/4 scoops.

Then more recently, a guy was serving us. When he scooped mine, he accidentally put a large scoop on it. [ A little extra ice cream was on the scooper and did not come off until it was over the cone. ] He then took the scooper and removed the little extra, making sure he did not allow me to have one bit more than is specified for the price.

That last incident gave me the impression that they must train their employees to make sure they don't give bigger, or descent-sized, scoops.

That really left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only just because of missing out on the extra ice cream, but it's just really bad customer service. It gives the impression they don't really care if the customer had a good experience.

This was my first time at Hispanic Icecream store and I can say that I will be going back. The only downside was the language barrier, but it will NOT keep me from going back. She did not tell me a price of anything and there are no prices displayed.

I tried the caramel chocolate flan. It wasn't that good due to the bottom chocolate part. The texture was a little old and not good. However, the regular flan part with the caramel was very delicious!!!! I wish the whole thing was just that. She did allow me to sample the BlackBerry Cheesecake icecream......and shall I say......I'm definitely going back for that. The taste and look of their icecream is so much better than our American made icecream with so much stuff in it. PLEASE don't keep passing by this place,...
