Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I placed an order online, tracked it until it was ready. I got to this location within 5 minutes only to deal with the most disrespectful cashier this Domino's has had in the 10 years that I have been getting food from here. The kid decided to ignore my request for an update on my order and kept walking away when I would ask him. After the third time, I directly ask for an update, he responded "me walking away is your answer". I waited for over 35 minutes, my order was sitting in the shelf and this uneducated associate decided that it would more fun to see me wait. After an extra 10 minutes one of the other associates took the only two boxes that were left and handed them to the kid, instructed him to deliver the order and walked away. The kid turned around, placed the boxes on the back table, took the smaller box of wings and placed it on another box then proceeded to deliver my order, he then tried to charge me a second time for my order until I complained about his lack of professionalism. He then handed me what I thought was my order, I opened the pizza only to find a box with three half-eaten slices of cold pizza...leftovers. When I asked him what the hell that was, he just started laughing like a maniac and walked back, extremely hilarious to him. This has been the last time this Domino's get any of my business. Another customer waited for her order, he gave her lava cake to someone else, she waited patiently for a second cake. Someone else placed an order at the counter, this fool never processed the order, the customer had waited 45 minutes and finally asked for his food, the kid responded "o I cancelled it when I saw that you...

UPDATE: I went by the dominos and a very nice gentleman gave me the rest of my order without question and even through in an extra.

1 star.. I’m really not a review type person, but I have to for this one. Do not order from here!!! The customer service is appalling. I made an online order that was delivered incomplete. Okay, sure…that happens. I called to correct and ask them to send me the rest of my order. They said a driver would be on his way with the remainder of the order. Awesome!

2 hours later, food never showed up. I called again and told them…again…of the situation. They…again…assured me a driver would be there in “20 or so minutes”. Two hours later, still nothing. I ended up going to bed. It would be one thing if it was a free pizza or something but I had paid for this food.

I called the next morning as a last ditch effort of actually getting the food I paid for. They put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up...

MUSLIMS/VEGGIE/NON-PORK EATERS BEWARE: Not giving 1 star because I always receive great service here. After years ordering here, I picked up a cheese pizza (with only black olives topping) last night. I was excited to eat and after a slice, I thought it tasted off. I inspected the entire pizza and found few pork bits all throughout the pizza. As a Muslim, this is absolutely abhorrent and deplorable. It was late, so dinner plans were ruined and I had to run out and grab something else for my daughter to eat . I also vomited everything. Cross contamination of meat product on a veggie-like pizza is unacceptable.

Despite the great service I’ve received over the years, I will pass on...
