What a great experience we had tonight at Sakura Grill! We ordered our food ahead online with a requested pickup time of about 2 hrs later. The restaurant called about 30 min before pickup time to ask if we were picking up our food, as it had been sitting awhile. We realized they had accidentally prepared it about 1.5 hrs early! We reiterated that we had requested a later pickup time and would be there soon.

Upon arrival, they were finishing up recreating our meal for us—as it had been sitting out for some time. They quickly finished preparing and prepping our fresh meal, despite others also waiting to pick up their orders (which I understand likely caused a little chaos in the kitchen!)

We appreciated the timely service despite the mixup and that they chose to redo our meal (without us even asking) for the health and safety factor, I’m sure, and so it would be fresh...and seemed calm/collected in the midst of what I’m sure was a somewhat stressful situation.

This place is excellent!! I have dined here three times and the owners of this restaurant are so kind and friendly!! They serve excellent food at a very reasonable price and huge portions! The sushi/fish is always fresh and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and cozy.

The first time I dined here I tried the Yellowtail, Salmon, and Maryland Crab roll. This was so good! Each roll had a very nice portion of fish, and the ratio between fish & rice was perfect. My dining companion ordered the Chicken Hibachi & it was delicious! Huge portion, with so many vegtables! I love how this place truly provides quality to its customers! We were even surprised with a complimentary Mochi Desert for my friend's birthday! Because of this kind gesture, this place has won over our hearts and we keep coming back!

I recommend this place to anyone as they have a vast menu of delicious dishes and sushi! The owners and all staff are kind and they will make any guest...
