This Domino's has never let me down. They consistently kill it every single time. The pizza is always great, and the chicken is delicious. I've tried their new pizza bread, tater tots, parmesan bites, and gluten-free pizza ā all good. The new New York style pizza is good too.
The lunch special is a fantastic deal: a small pizza and a drink for around $12. It's perfect if you need a quick bite before heading back to work. They also have a good soda selection, and I love that they always have root beer. The brookie (brownie-cookie) and cinnamon twists are spectacular.
The customer service is consistently good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The delivery drivers are always quick, usually delivering within 30 minutes, sometimes even 20. Whether you go in-store or get delivery, you never have to worry about long waits.
The cleanliness of the place is always pretty good, and they have a quirky hand-drawn Rafiki in the corner talking about pizza. It's a small, cozy spot located in a convenient part of the strip on base. It's not too big, but it's a decent place to hang out if you want to grab some pizza with friends during lunch.
Overall, this Domino's is consistently amazing with great food, friendly staff, and fast delivery. They do an excellent...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor customer service. My son called to ask if there were any specials for a large pizza with toppings. The cashier related that there were multiple pizza deals, but no single pizza deals. My son orders a large pizza with 3 toppings and garlic twists. After he hangs up, I ask what was the price...my son says $30, I think. I scroll on my phone, see there's an offer for online order carryout for $7.99 same pizza. I tell my son to ask if they would honor the deal since the cashier didn't tell him about it when he asked. (Note. My son is nearly 17. He's learning how to negotiate for himself).
My son returns to the vehicle to let me know they declined. Stating that it was an online deal which is why the cashier didn't mention it. I'm heated.
If Domino's was gourmet, I'd have no issue paying $20.96 for a pizza. Maybe even more. I have never once paid $20.96 for a commercialized pizza. I'm also upset that the cashier didn't tell my son about the online offers. Can't tell you how many times that information was conveyed over the phone by cashiers at pizza places. But not this one. Then when presented with an opportunity to honor a deal for the brand, they decline. Total bill $30.69. Pizza and garlic twists.
Never again at Fort...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt understand why they play with peopleās time. There should be better communication on the website and for people in the area. On military bases, I doubt this is the first time this has happened. Today, we ordered a pizza from this location, and without any warning, they wasted our time by leading us to believe that this location was accessible to everyone. This location is only accessible to people with a military ID who can enter the base. A complete waste of time. I donāt understand why the base police canāt inform people and explain that this specific store is inside a restricted area that NOT EVERYONE CAN ACCESS. A friendly recommendation: there should be a large sign warning people before they place an order at this location, clearly stating that you cannot enter if you donāt have a...
