Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Domino’s location for years, but my recent experience has completely changed that. I asked for extra parmesan cheese packets, and Allen behind the counter handed me only two. When I politely asked for more, he responded rudely, saying he’d have to charge me. I asked how much, and he said, “I don’t know, I’ll have to check,” in a dismissive and impolite tone.

Feeling confused, I asked another employee if they had started charging for extra packets, and he told me, “No, we don’t charge yet.” He was kind enough to apologize and offer more cheese packets. I told him he didn’t need to apologize—Allen did. But of course, Allen never did.

After placing countless orders here, it’s disappointing that one employee’s poor attitude could ruin the experience. This kind of rude behavior and inconsistent service is unacceptable. I won’t...

We've had issues off and on in the past. The ONLY reason we ordered online was it was what my son and his friend wanted the cookie brownie.

My wife has the Domino's app to show the kids the location of their dinner. I live 4mins away @ 1.4 mile travel time (we MapQuest it) Her app show that it left the store at 6:18pm, 20 mins of so far travel time. Then after 20+ minutes I called the store. The member that answered the phone seemed to not even care and stated that "they don't send it out based on location but base on the order number" so if there are a few other orders on the vehicle are across town you have to wait while it is getting cold!

So tonight's ordered was total time 61 minutes for start to finish. Travel time 40 minutes of travel time to clear...

I usually order from this Domino’s and the food is consistently great, but my recent experience was disappointing. This week, I ordered several pizzas, including a pan pizza and cheese bread, but most of the items were undercooked. The pan pizza felt much doughier than usual, and after taking it apart, I realized it was still raw inside.
