Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

As I was ordering my food, I kindly asked the cashier if they could change gloves or wash their hands to prevent cross contamination of my son’s food since he is allergic to beef and pork. The cashier never looked up at me and rudely said, they wash their hands all the time! I explained that I’m not asking for the cleanliness, it was only for the cross contamination as this allergy could be life threatening for my child. He didn’t seem to care. He rang me up and never said a thing. I then asked again for him to please remind them and he actually huffed and said, y’all this is an allergy and yall need to wash your hands or put some gloves on or something I expected at least one person to be understanding, instead a lady making pizzas said, you do understand that this is all cross contaminated and there aint no way to not be. At this point I had already decided anyway that my son was not going to eat this pizza, I kindly said, ok that is fine I have been to many pizza places and different restaurants and I have never been told anything of this sort, I have had staff even open up fresh cheese for a pizza as this is all he can eat anyway . I am highly disappointed and disgusted at this location and will never spend any of my money at a dominoes pizza ever again. This place fuing sucks, I ordered a pizza and after waiting over an hour I decided to call them and they said that nobody came out to get the pizza, when I told them that the guard never saw a pizza truck they then proceeded to tell me that I gave them the wrong address, which was also a lie, so they said they would send me out the same Pizza and I told them it would be cold I didn't want that so they said they would make me a new one and it would be out in 25 minutes which was also a lie, so I called them and told them I wouldn't pay for it and they said the driver was already out and that they would just turn him around instead of at least given me some type of percentage off, f* this place. I had a previous not so pleasant encounter with them, the lady manager called and seemed super sweet and after our conversation she. Then tells me that for my time she was crediting 10.00 to my account well after ordering up teen amounts of orders after I called to use the 10.00 to be told ride my that they had no credit on my number and asked if it was under another number and once I said no sir ,I got the well it isn't here , I just said I would order somewhere else for the night ,so tonight I'm ordering from them as I usually do and guess what still no credit ..
