Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

This is by far the worst Dominos I have ever been to from long prep/cook times to doughy, undercooked cheesy bread to them actually dropping mushrooms on the pizza that wasn't supposed to have any on it- an ordeal that doesn't seem like a big deal until I call to complain to the worker that not only does the mushrooms ruin the taste of anything it's been on but my cousin who was going to be eating the pizza with us is allergic to mushrooms. So she could have been medically endangered by this mistake and I told the lady this! First I got told by the worker that she made the pizza so she knew there weren't any on it. I told her to come back and get it and see the 2 or 3 mushrooms on it to which this woman MOCKED me talking about "Oh no! Not one mushroom!" So she denied the mistake and then saw fit to mock the issue after I informed her that she could have hurt my cousin which is just unreal. That kind of attitude is dangerous in customer service when you are dealing with people and their food. I was upset after I finished speaking with the mouthy lady so I called back to ask to speak to a manager only to find our this Crystal girl I had just spoken to who mocked me was actually the manager. Again, unreal.

I have filed a complaint with Dominos over this behavior from a person in authority with one of their stores and look forward to the day I order another pizza from that store hopefully newly managed by someone who...

Have ordered many times online with no trouble. This time, however, website was acting weird and I had to try three times for it to go through. Finally got it to go through with coupon for 2 topping pizza. Did not receive a confirmation email as I was supposed to. Picked it up and got home and found NO toppings. I returned to get a new pizza and was met by an irresponsible young lady who gave me attitude and said they weren't responsible for online orders. She begrudgingly agreed to make me a new pizza THIS TIME, but I also wanted fresh cinnastix since mine would have been cold by the time the pizza was made. She said she would put it on the heater, but I wanted a fresh order. I guess that's beyond today's standard of customer service, so she gave me more attitude. I asked for and got a refund and went to Pizza Hut. Would not recommend...

It was hard to see in traffic , & even with google maps,i had to turn around and circle back through the parking lot on the right side of the road, using addresses to locate Dominoes,because google was so far off the actual location.once I ordered,i received average service and products, nothing outstanding.
