The only reason I've given 1 star is because I was forced to in order to leave a review!! I ordered barbecue wings with my last few pizza orders! First they sent a box of dry wings with nothing on them but offered a credit for my next order when I complained! Second request I asked for my replacement wings and they put a squirt of barbecue sauce on 3-4 of my wings and all the others were totally dry on both the front and back sides! Called to complain and once again was advised they will provide a credit and note on their system to cover the wings properly in sauce. Today I placed an order for an extra large pizza and asked for my wing replacement! I spoke with Madison (who by the way has the IQ of a grain of salt!) She placed me on hold after I asked for the wings to be added to my order. She came back to the phone and asked what was wrong with the wings previously and I explained each issue from getting wings with no sauce at all to the replacement with barely any sauce. Madison became offended stating there are new people and suggested I ask for extra sauce! She tried to place blame on me and treated me as if I did something wrong! She began arguing with me trying to defend what they did wrong then in the middle of me speaking she placed me on hold! I didn't ask for free food but rather asked Domino's to replace what they screwed up! Madison is a real, true NASTY, useless worker who obviously doesn't value her job or the customers who contribute to her paycheck! I have filed a corporate complaint and demanding a refund for my previous order! I REFUSE to patronize a company who employs idiots like this! They took my money off my card and then called me to tell me they CANCELED my order because they don't have drivers and the carryout closed at 10pm. The employees thought process is really crazy, this is my 3rd encounter with her. Last time they gave me a pizza that wasn't mine, so I bought it back after it was delivered to my house with a tip and she told me she couldn't remake my pizza because the carryout was closed and I had to remind her that my pizza was delivered and wasn't a carryout, I did the honor of bringing it back to the store, she still told me that she couldn't remake my pizza. After a while of back and forth she went on and re-made it. I have not ordered from them until now and I see nothing has changed, it has been months since last time, and this use to be a weekly item in my food chain. Last visit my pizza tastes like water...not sure if it was the sauce or what happened. Today we decided to give it a try again. Picked up first pizza and brought it home to an uncooked mess. Toppings all fell off and was barely cut into any slices. Called manager and had another made. Drove back up there again and got a second pizza. Came back home and it didn't have any sauce on it and crust was hard. I understand cooking it more but making an edible pizza shouldn't ruin the quality. So after two attempts, an hour of wasted time since first placing order, wasted gas, we're still hungry and having to buy dinner elsewhere as I'm done wasting my time on remakes. Do yourself a favor, order Papa Johns down the street or Pizza Hut across the street. Both have delicious pizza. Sad to say I won't be ordering from them again for our weekly...
