This place is a fraud , the credit card terminal that they ask you to put your card is tempered with and will charge you twice( maybe skimming ) or for another order that you didn’t pay for , i spoke with the manager Cindy , she offered zero assistance or any type of concern , she said dispute it with your bank when I just walked into the store to grab 20oz soda on July13 around 1-2pm . I was charged 2.85 for the 20 oz and was also charge 19.91 for someone else order , the card machine they have will charge your twice and is mostly tempered with as it doesn’t work properly I know this because I was there in person and they swiped my card twice and if it’s a carry out they can not refund the mistake . I came into the store to buy a 20 oz soda and because the card machine is malfunctioning which the store employee told me verbally -a tall white male with his manager around 1pm-2pm on July 13 ( check your not working cameras )m processed the transaction again after it said approved leading to me getting charged 19.91 for someone else order and another charge for my 20 oz soda for 2.38 . Staff is incompetent and the tech is back dated . I called many times since July 13 , spoke with the manager and gm . They see I was charged but are too lazy to refund me so they said call you back , this is unacceptable I even asked if you want to give me credit, Cindy is a terrible customer service manager and the GM who spoke to me is also awful for kicking the can after I spoke to her and gave all my information , I will send this to the company and will remind anyone never to deal with dominos at this location on rolling rd because of their gross incompetence. Super upset with...
Read moreWe just moved to the area 6 months ago and I've ordered from this place about a dozen times now. I love Domino's - it's my favorite pizza. Unfortunately, this location is well below subpar. Today was a uniquely bad experience. I decided to get some delivery for lunch - went through the wizard and the website told me 18-28 minutes. Cool. It took 15 minutes to start making the order and it came out of the oven after 30 minutes. After 60 elapsed minutes with the order status of "being quality checked," I gave the store a ring. They were short staffed, so their delivery driver was running way behind. No problem, I'll come pick it up. That would have been a great thing to know while I was in the ordering process, because as I later found out, I had to stand at the counter while the manager figured out how to refund my tip & delivery charge. The staff member very obviously lied to my face and said that my food had only just come out of the oven 10 minutes ago. The bottom of the pizza was warm from the warmer, but the actual pizza itself was tepid. I got a sandwich and a pizza. The sandwich was soggy, cold, and there was a couple bits of chicken on it. It's a good thing they didn't put much buffalo sauce on it; they saved it from actually tasting like a buffalo chicken sandwich as well as making it less soggy! And the pizza... I think in the dozen times I've ordered here they put the garlic parmesan butter on the crust once. I really don't understand why they are afraid of putting it on there - it's the hallmark of the Domino's pizza. It's the signature, and you guys are just dropping the ball...
Read moreThe number of stupid issues I've had with this store is wild. The last straw was that they're open late for delivery but won't let people come in for carryout. I live directly behind the store and find it ridiculous to have to get it delivered to me when I can walk there, especially when the store is OPEN and SERVING FOOD. I could understand being open for carryout and not delivery if you don't have the drivers for it but to be open for delivery and not carryout is beyond mind-bogglingly dumb. To top it off the person who told me to get food somewhere else said that they get these calls all the time which should be an indicator that this is an INCREDIBLY STUPID POLICY. NEVER going to eat here even though it's literally right next to my house until the owner and management can make some reasonable decisions.
ETA: to suggest that it's unsafe for "diners" (what diners? It's designed as a carryout/delivery only establishment) or employees after a certain time also suggests it's dangerous for your employees who are delivering. If it's too dangerous to open the "front of house" then it should also be too dangerous to send your driver out in the dark to random houses. All you're doing is forcing deliveries during a high traffic time (10-1 on a weekend) so you can make more money off delivery charges, and that's...
