Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

They probably can’t even make a cup of water without messing it up while taking 25 minutes to do it. This used to be such a great Dunkin - heck I even worked here for a while in my younger years. In the last year or so, it has become the worst coffee shop in the area. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive thru and there are only 2 people ahead of you, you will be waiting 20+ minutes. I went through today around 5:30 to get a sweet tea after work. I ordered and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. It took 10 minutes for me to get to the window to get my drink. AFTER I paid, they informed me that they didn’t have any tea and were going to have to make some. They didn’t offer to make another drink for me or anything other than pulling forward and waiting. They didn’t offer to refund me either. I pulled forward and waited another 15 minutes before they brought out the tea. The lady also didn’t bring a straw so she had to run back inside to get it. I waited 30+ minutes for tea. When I finally drank it, it tasted like cleaning products. I took one drink and threw it away. I also do not recommend this Dunkin if you want your food to be correct. My husband and I have ordered in the app probably over 100 times and every single time, our food has been completely wrong. I don’t mean like they forgot to put hash browns in the bag. I mean entirely different sandwiches than we ordered and missing items. The items we do get are typically missing either a meat, cheese, egg or combination of all. It’s not really fair for me to say that I don’t recommend this place because I haven’t gotten anything bad from here, except for seeing something I didn’t really agree with. A friend and I went in today and they were pretty busy. One girl was working the front register and I could tell she was a little stressed out, though she was still friendly. I believe the name on our receipt was Allie? Anyway, I heard her call out for help twice, but never saw anyone. She was getting my friend’s donuts, and had to go to the back to get a rack of regular glazed after she asked for help and nobody came to help her. She went ahead and rang us up, I ordered a latte. I went to the other end of the counter to wait on my drink, where this same poor girl was making my drink and a long line was forming at the register. That’s when I noticed two young ladies talking to each other and completely ignoring the fact the store was full of customers. One girl went over to her friend on my side of the counter and grabbed her cell phone to talk, and the other I assume was working the drive thru. After the one girl finished talking on a cell phone, she went over to help the lady working drive thru. I fail to see why two girls needed to be working the drive thru and gossiping, when the other poor girl was running herself ragged. We go through there quite a bit and the food is okay. But it seems like every time I'm there there is this young girl that is working that is very hateful. One day she read off a different order to me and asked if that was my order and I told her no. About that time someone came to the window and said what's going on. She said this is the wrong order. When that guy read back the order he read our correct order and I told him that was it. She gave me a hateful look and said well you just said that wasn't your order. I told her that wasn't the order that she read back to me and she stormed away from the window. The guy finished handing our food to us. As I pulled off from the window we were missing something. My wife went into the counter to tell them we were missing part of our order. As she walked up to the counter she heard the girl that was previously at the window trash-talking us and saying how stupid we were. I know she was talking about us because when she turned she said "and now they're at the counter". My wife was very friendly and very patient with them. I myself was friendly at the window. I'm not sure what this girl's problem is but on two different days she has gave us dirty looks and just looks...
