Yesterday, 3/5/23, I placed an order & paid for it using a gift card on the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no response, so I drove to the window. I sat there for about 5 minutes blowing my horn & knocking on the window. I didn't see anyone inside. I parked & went inside. I yelled, "Hello, is anyone here?" repeatedly with no response. I debated calling the police, but decided to walk behind the counter to see if anyone was alive in the back. When I rounded the corner a girl was standing there with a deer-in-the-headlights look on her face. She asked me if I worked there. I replied, "no, but do you". I told her that I wanted to get my order since I had already paid for it. I turned & went back to the other side of the counter. She did NOT follow! I began yelling that I needed to get my order so that I could leave. I heard her saying, "I have to go. I'm going to lose my job." over and over as though she was arguing with someone on the phone. Then another girl appears and is shocked that I haven't been waited on. She said that she was on break and was outside. She was confused why the girl had not helped me especially after I had walked behind the counter and she saw me. She said that she would talk to her & apologized while she filled my order. During that time, she was telling the girl that she needed to take an order because there was a customer at the drive-thru. No response.    Read moreI donât normally post reviews, but this place was terrible! I ordered my drink over the speaker 3 times and they still couldnât understand what I wanted. It was simple, just an iced pumpkin spice latte but with decaf coffee. Then I ordered hash browns and they were out of them. Then I ordered snacking bacon and they were out of the pepper and sugar that they sprinkle on the snacking bacon so I just got regular bacon in a bag. I ordered my sandwich and that seemed to be fine, but when I got the sandwich, instead of it being on a plain bagel, it was on a multigrain bagel. I took the sandwich inside the building and told them it was wrong and they said âoh, we are out of plain bagels.â So you just choose whatever bread you want to put it on and give it to customers without even telling them? They remade the sandwich on a croissant instead. While inside, it was COMPLETE chaos with the staff and they all seemed confused and didnât know what was going on with anyoneâs orders or drinks. The manager was making excuses and yelling at her employees. No one seemed properly trained on making food or drinks. My drink tastes like straight up milk and thereâs no pumpkin spice flavor or coffee whatsoever. What a HUGE disappointment! Will not be coming back to this...
   Read moreI have given this location MULTIPLE tries and unfortunately it is always more negative than positive. I placed a mobile order here over the weekend and when I went to go pick up my "in store pickup" the door was locked. There were probably 10 others waiting outside to see if maybe they would just open the door to simply grab our orders. There was no sign on the door or anything (which is pretty common at this location) the drive through line was wrapped all the way out to the kroger parking lot so I wasn't able to even wait in line to get to even grab my food. I wrote into customer service to get my money back and even the customer service didn't even seem to help. I finally had to call this morning to get my money back from food I never got. I am not sure who owns this location but it hasn't been good for years now. They are always closing early or shutting the lobby, I was extremely understanding all throughout COVID but now I see it's just because this location can't hire or keep people. It comes down to seriously poor management from a franchise owner. Needless to say I won't be back or tell anyone else about this location for the sake of their sanity and saving...
