Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I'm not sure if the staff was newly hired here or not trained, or both, but the service was absolutely terrible. The store advertises a special of $3 for a new coconut cream "Refresher" drink, which we ordered because of the special. We were charged $3.50 for it. When we asked about the discrepancy, the server said the $3 price was only applicable after 2pm. We double checked the advertisement signage, and nowhere on the signs does it say anything about a time restriction,... simply $3 for the new "refresher" drinks that we ordered. Secondly, we ordered a "Charlie" which we've gotten before several times at other Dunkin Donuts. They made it completely wrong - no cold foam, no sweetener. When the drinks were served to us they didn't provide any straws. So we basically ended up paying for things we didn't order. The inside is closed due to COVID, and we didn't want to have to wait through the huge drive-through line again to return our items. Completely unacceptable. We won't be going to this dunkin...

Won’t be going back to this location. New to working in the Williamsburg area so I stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts not too long ago to see about getting a frozen beverage. I had checked the app prior to going, and all frozen beverages showed as available. I did not mobile order, as I know that even if it shows as available on the app, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is, and being that I had never been to this one before I didn’t want to chance it. When I got to the drive through window, the woman inside was already irritated that she had to come to the window to speak with me. I asked if it would be possible to get a frozen drink, to which she replied no. I said okay, well I just wanted to let you know that it’s showing that frozen drinks are available on the app. She got very angry and huffy with me and told me that the app doesn’t matter, they don’t have frozen beverages and that’s that. The end. That was my first experience at this location, and because of that will be my last time visiting...

This is the second time in a week I've been here and they've had no donuts to choose from. Same old thing both times. Original glaze, boston creme and ones with sprinkles. Stopped in the 1st time around 8am thinking they would have a good variety. Jeez i was wrong. I even asked what time i they put the 1st batch of fresh donuts out, and how many times they bake a day. I didnt qanna come back to the same thing. I left with nothing. 2nd time i stopped in, i was on my way home from work. So it was afternoon, like 3pm. Still no donuts but what i listed above. The lady was rude the 2nd time as well. On her cell phone, had me wait while she was waiting for someone to answer on the other end of her call. Which i only know this because she had it on speaker. Then still had to wait for her to finish her conversation... it was downright ridiculous! I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. If i could give one star i...
