I’m currently a patient at the Lightfoot/Centerville Pivot. I have become stronger and I walk much better and before I started going there a couple of months ago. I can’t say enough about Paul who works with me most of the time. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and so very helpful. I see him working with each of his patients and his detailed explanations and how he stands by them and helps guide and direct them. He also instructs the William and Mary students who work there as aids. He explains everything to them and makes everything so understandable. Paul does not just sit behind the desk but he is always working with the patients. He has been so wonderful to me. I appreciate him and his skill.

June 2024 On the other hand, there’s a therapist who’s name is Blake. He started there in March 2024 and he is already leaving this June 2024. He is cold. He is rude. He is unfriendly. You cannot pry him from behind the desk to help a patient. I’m very glad he’s leaving because he ruined my wonderful experience there. I have seen him do this to several other patients. I am so glad that I had Paul most of the time and had to deal very little little time with Blake. I am sure he will bring his manner of neglect his next job in...

Since coming to Pivot for PT, I have received expert care by Jennifer, Brittany and Paul. Jennifer and Paul inspire confidence due to their knowledge and expertise. Although they ensure I receive the PT I need to recover from my surgery, they are flexible with the exercises depending on the level of pain being felt. They seem to really care about their patients and their well being,. Brittany is a hard worker and has an amazing attitude and is always smiling. She is always pleasant and a pleasure to be around. She pays attention to all the patients and is on the ball all the time to assist them with the next exercise. When Brittany is working, I am not left for periods of time not knowing what to do next as i am with the other helpers. I can’t say enough good things about Pivot PT-Williamsburg at Lightfoot Marketplace! From checking in at the front desk to all of the Physical Therapist and the Aides assisting with therapy activities on the floor, everyone there is polite, helpful and engaged. The facility is very well managed and Therapist oversight of all the exercises and activities going on at one time is best that I’ve ever witnessed. The Therapists routinely intervene with the Floor Aides and patients to ensure that exercises are conducted IAW the proper standards. The layout of the facility supports this because all of the Therapist desks are in open view of all floor activities. Training videos for home exercises are also very helpful. I have been treated there for a frozen shoulder and within one month following my surgery I’m very close to golfing again! 🙂 I highly recommend them...
