Honestly, I went into this place with high hopes. I’d heard rave things from my friends. The menu that is up above the register is way too high. I had to crane my neck just to read it all. They did have small paper menus to look at. I felt like the menu was limited and repetitive. I ordered a Jr. sized bowl because I didn’t want a lot. I got the spicy orange chicken with fried rice and mixed veggies. My total was around $13. The wait wasn’t too bad. When I finally got home and tried to eat it, I felt like the chicken was off in some way. It didn’t taste spicy. And it was mostly irregular pieces of meat. The fried rice was overcooked and extremely soft. The veggies were decent. Maybe I should try something different if I return.

I vary much enjoyed the food , service was vary good and freindly establishments was vary clean it is new thay just opened, food was on point good qualitly chicken breast used, my only issue I thank its slightly over priced my large teriyaki and fried rice came out to like 18 and some change after tax, I will visit again but at that price point it won't be a daily lunch spot my honnest opinion

I typically love this place but I found like a piece of a staple or something in my teriyaki bowl when I was eating my leftovers at home… I’m just thankful it was my bowl and not my daughters! 😳 it put me off though, not sure I’ll get food here again.

I had a hard time trying to figure out how to rate this restaurant. 3 of my friends went here and they loved it. I was going to order online but it said it would only be 12 minutes and I couldn't get there until later. So I ordered at the restaurant. There were about 4 orders in front of me and some online orders. It took 25 minutes. 2 people that ordered after me got there food in 10 minutes ( probably an easier order). I ordered 2 protein bowl teriyaki steak & spicy chicken ( which you have a to order a large bowl). The steak was a little bit like jerky and the spicy chicken was ok. Then I added a 3 oz portion of fried orange chicken ( they have 2 kinds). I think I liked it more than the other 2 meats. They accidentally put a piece of grilled chicken in the bowl and that was really good ( very moist). My friend said to get it with fried rice and the cashier said you get a lot in the bowl. The fried rice is extra. The bowl comes with a mix of different vegetables but for an extra price you can get all broccoli. Then I ordered a side of noodle which I liked better than the rice. I also got the chicken dumplings and made it a combo ( which came with a side and a drink). I got the egg roll as the side. The large bowl is real big. It would be very hard to eat it all in one seating. One thing it didn't like , and another person said the same, is the credit card machine asked if I wanted to put a 15- 25 percent tip. I was getting it to go who am I tipping ? It makes you feel pressured into giving a tip. I gave the 15 percent ($5). The coolest of things were the kid chopsticks that had a fork on the end. Never have seen it before. Great for the kids and beginners...

All of our food was delicious, we will definitely be back! I’m so excited to have a new dining option close to home that serves fresh, hot, delicious food! We visited during their grand opening weekend and the place was packed. I had placed an order online for pickup. I saw other people reported problems with this, but I had no issues other than the estimated pick up time was pretty far out due to their volume for grand opening, which I expected. I was honestly surprised they had online ordering open during the grand opening and would recommend for anyone else that visits specifically during grand opening to just go in person and order because those orders were getting out quickly from what I observed. I’m sure online will be great when the kinks are worked out and the volume dies down. All of the staff were friendly and I think they were doing a phenomenal job to handle the volume due to their grand opening special. Those that gave 1 star reviews during grand opening weekend over logistical issues or honest mistakes should be ashamed. I think any restaurant deserves a little grace during their grand opening, and they don’t realize how hard a business has to then work to bring that average review back up. The food is 5 stars all the way! The pic of my Chicken Teriyaki Bowl doesn’t do it justice because I had already started picking at it before I thought to take a photo. We also had egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and potstickers—all...

Today was my first visit to Teriyaki Madness. I had a pick up order for my boyfriend's moms 90'th birthday. She loves Asian food so he wanted to surprise her. I walked in and stood at the cash register. The girl kept her back to me the entire time packing up orders without ever turning around. I finally walked to the side at the cubes where they place the door dash orders and through one of the squares asked if my order was ready. I was then given my order and I left. I think if you are going to work at the front you should be prepared to greet whoever walks through the door. It wasn't the most inviting experience. Next I get the food home. The vote on the fried rice was that it was terrible (three of us said the same) the crab Rangoon's were flat with barely any cream cheese, the chicken wasn't the flavorful orange chicken that we expected. In a good note our 13 year old did like the chicken teriyaki bowl. As for me personally I will probably go to Tops China or Panda Express for orange chicken and crab Rangoon's in the future. I was really surprised considering this place just recently opened. I hope you all take this and make some...
