Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I've stopped here several times in the past 2 months since moving to the area. The line is usually quite long around 7am so I went inside a couple weeks ago and ordered. I received the wrong latte. I asked for non fat milk and could tell by looking that it was not non fat, they rolled their eyes and said " it is non fat but we'll make it again if you want". I said " I'm sorry to have you do extra work but it really is NOT non fat, it's way too creamy for me and I can't physically handle whole milk". So they remade it but they let me know they weren't happy about doing so. A week later I went in to place an order because the drive thru wait would be extensive due to the long line. I walked up to the counter and someone came over and said " the registers are down so we can't take your order, if you want something you have to get in the drive thru line" I said " but you just said the registers were down" and she replied with " they are done for inside orders but not for drive thru orders". So, I left. Last week I went again, to the drive thru, I ordered an iced Butter Pecan non fat latte. As I pulled out and was headed down rt 3 I came to a stop light and was able to get my straw in the cup, I noticed for the first time that it appeared to have no milk what so ever in it and I was right--- not only that but it didn't taste like a latte at all, if anything it was like an iced coffee would be, it tasted weak, not rich and robust like espresso. It also had a sour taste, not that the milk was sour but something else in it was sour, It was by far the worst latte I've had in many years from any establishment. It's a shame because a few months ago it was a really good reliable DD where you knew you would get what you ordered and it would be made properly and taste good but something has changed in that store and I won't spend any more of my time or money at this DD location. I tried 3 times in a row lately and all three were a wash out. Nearly $20 down the drain because they were not drinkable beverages. There is a Starbucks right before you get to DD and I've gone there sense and on my way home from work there is a DD 2 miles down rt 3 on the opposite side of Rt 3 that makes a decent latte. I can't recommend this particular DD located next door to the Lidl grocery store on rt 3...

We ordered thru the mobile app, which typically makes things pretty clear cut. Orders 1 everything bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese, 1 plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, donut holes and 1 iced coffee. All 25 donut donut holes were stale. They put the everything bagel bottom on the plain bagel and the bottom plain bagel was on the everything bagel. I CANNOT eat things with seeds, so I couldn’t eat my plain bagel. Both bagels had barely any cream cheese on it, they both weren’t toasted and tasted stale. They were out of the iced coffee we ordered, which happens and the butter pecan iced coffee wasn’t burnt tasting this time. The only reason they get 1 star from me. Also I understand everyone has accents but we’re usually very understanding of this and never have trouble. But this women was completely hard to understand, spoke way to face and the speaker was so low couldn’t understand it. Will not be wasting my money here and would suggest trying...

This place needs to be reported to the health inspector. No wonder they don't have a listed phone number, they probably would have customers calling and screaming at them. If I could give -10 stars I would ..this particular DD, got my wife extremely sick last night. We ordered two Macchiatos with almond milk, a regular for us from many other DDs. This one.....WHAT IN THE heck !?!? ..My wife was on the toilet all night. I don't know what the heck they put in her drink but she got waaaaay super sick. I had a few stomach gurgles. She owned the bathroom. I will never, ever ever ever ever.......ever ever ever......ever ever consume anything from this DD again. It used to be a regular stop for us to drop the children off at school. I now see this place as a friggin bio hazard when I pass by. NO THANKS. Wish I would have read the other reviews. Looks like this place has an issue with freshness.....such was the case with our apparently rancid coffee. This...
