The manager on duty today around 3 pm gave me attitude, and got so frustrated with me because they had to remake my drink. I ordered a HOT matcha latte with oatmilk, and whoever took the order, added mocha. Which I didn’t ask for. I received the drink as a dark brown drink, and knew it was wrong and called over the phone to let them know. They told me to come back, so when I did, I told the manager my order was wrong and I wanted a matcha latte but iced now (it got hot out) she made my drink no questions. She made me another brown drink, and said it was matcha with mocha like it had on the sticker. I NEVER ORDERED WITH MOCHA. She got mad at me saying I told her to make what was on the sticker. I NEVER said I wanted what was on the sticker, I just let her know the sticker on the cup says matcha and the drink inside was brown. She didn’t listen to my order, all she heard was that I wanted it iced. She got so mad she had to remake a drink that was put into the system incorrectly like it was my fault. Very rude woman, and I go there every weekend. I had asked them to make a new drink for me before, and she gave a bad attitude in the past over a similar situation. It’s not her first time getting mad over simply remaking a drink, which I was nice about. Mind you I came in politely asking for what I wanted, and she didn’t even apologize for not asking or repeating my order back to me. She acts like the drink comes out of her paycheck. Read moreUnfortunately not great customer service from the manger (Adriana I believe). Go to get an Ice cream with sprinkles as a regular routine for my daughter after her gymnastics class. I show my military id for mil discount as I always do. The cashier gets the manager who says we dont give military discount for any ice cream, just coffee, food and donuts. Really? Never have been told this a single time before but ok. Even the other employees looked shocked. Prior to my asking for military discount I was being charged $2.97 by the cashier. I then give my card to pay and the manager then changes the amount to $4.07?! I ask why and shes says they made a mistake and forgot to charge you for the sprinkles. What?! So not only do you not give me the discount, you also raise my price. AFTER Im told one price verbally and on screen?! Call me cheap but I feel the least she could have done was not upcharge me AFTER they gave me one price. Military discount? Nope, military up charge. What happened to good customer service by taking their mistake on the house for some dollar sprinkles? Trust me its not about the dollar. And yeah she could have just honored the military discount that one time as they ALWAYS...

I proceeded into the store to use the bathroom (which when I opened the door I saw two items on the floor) but I proceeded to use the bathroom anyway. So I finished up in there and (of course you do a check check…. Making sure nothing is left behind) so I wash my hands and proceed to leave the bathroom. So I go to make my order at the kiosk and I pay for it and my (boyfriend) was listening to the conversation that SANDRA (wears a BLUE SHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) was having with the employees about what she saw in the bathroom and they laughed about it all while looking at me (like I did whatever was told to them) and Sandra (wears a BLUE SHIRT AND KHAKIS OVER HER STOMACH) opens her mouth and calls me B in Spanish. All while embarrassing me in front of the entire store. After I just spend money here! I was so upset. I will no longer be buying anything from this store.
