Ah, Panera Bread, how you never fail to impress! I've been a loyal customer for years, and your light roast coffee has become a staple in my daily routine. But I must say, my recent visit exceeded even my highest expectations!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. I ordered my usual light roast, and oh, dear reader, it was love at first sip! The flavor was sublime - smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of acidity. It was like a symphony of flavors on my tongue!
But what truly sets Panera apart is the attention to detail. The barista took the time to ask about my preferences and expertly crafted my drink to my liking. The presentation was beautiful, and the serving size was generous, to say the least.
But what really gets me is the consistency. Every. Single. Time. I visit Panera, the light roast coffee is nothing short of exceptional. It's a testament to the quality of your beans, your brewing process, and your dedication to customer satisfaction.
In a world where coffee is often seen as a commodity, Panera Bread elevates it to an art form. Your light roast coffee is a shining example of what coffee should be - a delight for the senses, a comfort for the soul. Five stars? Not enough! I give you a million stars, Panera Bread! Keep shining bright, and I'll keep...

Reason 1) When I came to this Panera Bread, I was quite excited. Panera is my favorite fast food restaurant and I was starving after sight seeing and wondering around all day. Once I got here, it was just so uninviting. But I didn’t really care. I was hungry and just wanted to enjoy a nice sandwich. So (naturally) I go to order and the person working the front was just oh so horrible! She was uninterested in everything I was saying, constantly asking me to repeat myself and going “Huhhhh??” everytime I would repeat myself. When I got upset and told her to pay attention to what I was saying she got upset and told me to “Chill out,” and to “Just order.” I don’t usually like complaining to managers or anyone but this just infuriated me because I never experienced anything like this before. I called for the manager and she was just like the cashier. Cutting me off and saying rude snarky remarks and even going as far as to call me “Annoying.” Even when I tried to apologize and kill the tension between us. Insanely unprofessional!
Reason 2) When she finally left and let me order… Geez. The food was just as bad as the service. The bread was basically stale and super hard, my soup was cold (not even lukewarm) and my tea was watered down. I had to heat everything up when I went home. Just the worst fast food...
Read moreI smiled at the girl at the register a few times and she looked at me like a high school mean girl. She looked annoyed the whole time. My order was taken very wrong and she didn’t know how to take my order. Not very hard either. I’ve been getting the same thing for about 25 years. Never have issues at any other Panera. Have been to over 100 around the country. Had to get my sandwich fixed as it had something on it I specifically said not to and on the receipt that item was not shown as “no” but things my sisters bagel was not toasted at all. And my lettuce was soggy and one singe PEOCE of onion. I also didn’t get my side baguette either. I’m over all very disappointed and most likely will never come Back to this location. Every single table was dirty and gross. And the girls working in the back were loud very loud there was no music being played around the restaurant but even if there was you would hear all their conversations. The girl Who took my order was wearing a hoodie with her hood up and her clothes were extremely dirty. I hope that’s not how the people Handling my food look I don’t write reviews often hardly ever but I’m so...
