Firehouse Subs Innsbrook — Restaurant in Virginia

When I went inside the lady who was making the sandwiches was rude. Then I went to the cashier and her customer service was slightly better. Then later around when my food was almost ready a man came on the sandwich line and his demeanor wasn’t much better. I got my sandwich after praying immensely while they made it because they just didn’t seem on the up and up AT ALL… Then, when I got home I bit into my sandwich to find a rubber band in it… I’m sure others had great experiences but this was horrible… You can’t make this ish up smh & it’s embarrassing because I’m black and they’re black. PLEASE show love y’all even if it gets stressful… I know it’s called fast food, but customers deserve great service and fast food not just fast food. PLEASE WATCH THEM MAKE Y’ALL FOOD for all of those who are tall, and shorties get someone tall to watch them make your food for you. This would be no stars if this wasn’t free and if they hadn’t at least attempted to try a little harder in customer service...

This gets two stars only because I like Fire House and will still go to any other location. Granted, I assume the store is fairly new so there are likely going to be some hiccups, but what I saw was embarrassing. They had more people working in the store than were waiting and ordering, and still managed to get my order wrong, the order of the person who got theirs before I did, and made myself and the person who ordered before I did wait 30 min. They had far too many people working, and management was poor. I actually asked a manager to make sure my order was right, because I saw how unorganized everything was, and still got the...

So I tried calling at 830 last night 5/11 just to see if anyone had buckets. Not food, I know the kitchen is closing at 9. Went to leave a message and someone picked up the phone, I guess so the manager the next day wouldn't hear the message. I proceeded to hear voices of the employees, but no one would still answer my question. They just picked the phone up off the hook and made it unavailable for me when I called back, and then eventually disconnected the phone to reset it because my call couldn't be completed a few minutes later.
