Everything, from the order to the customer service, was wrong with my most recent visit. There is usually at least one thing wrong with my visit at this location, but after my most recent visit I had to write this review and will likely not be returning here. This is what our order was: a firehouse pair (small hook and ladder fully involved with potato soup) and a foot-long hook and ladder (meat and cheese and mayo only). Here is everything that was wrong with the order: 1. They were "out of soup", so they went to the back, got a plastic bag full of cold soup, poured some into the cup in front of me and microwaved it for a minute 2. They were "out of foot-long white bread" so the foot-long was put on wheat 3. They made the foot-long fully involved 4. They made the small sandwich meat and cheese and mayo only. Now, for customer service: 1. The cashier didn't know how to ring up the order, so the manager had to come out and enter the order (and STILL put the order in incorrectly, which is why everything was made wrong after looking at the receipt when we got home and found everything wrong) 2. The workers were discussing and complaining about impending store renovations and were clearly more focused on complaining about that than to ring up and make an order correctly 3. The manager complained about not being able to restock items because they had been so busy all day. Hello, isn't that what you want, customers? You don't have to worry about me coming back!
Edit: Tiffany, you could try writing a genuine response to my concerns rather than copy and paste literally the exact same response that was written on a previous 1-star review. I wrote the review in hopes that something truly will be done with the customer service and management at this location, but I doubt it considering the generic response you...
Read moreHave not been in this restaurant for a while and now I remember why. It was 11:30 and boxes and trash piled at the back door. Workers did not want to be there to work. Ice machine out of ice and never told when placing order otherwise would have probably ordered a bottle drink out of the cold fridge. How do you run out of ice when local convenience store that sells ice by the bag is walking distance away. Employees never apologized for no ice. Next customer behind me was trying to use the drink machine. He asked if that was not working as well. Rude comment back" it is a touch screen push the screen. " Which he tried several times already. Will be a long time to never before going back with the cost you pay for a sub I will be going to another sub establishment. Would like to support since they do give back to first responders but will think long before visiting this one again. While eating never told next customers that cane in to order they were out of...
Read moreAt night time, whoever works that shift try to make simple things difficult, and because of that I have taken my business elsewhere I simply try to get a large sub; half brisket half prime rib every time they scratch their head and confusion and say they don’t know how to enter it into the system. So below I have attached some training tools for the night shift; besides, the fact, they can simply charge me for two medium subs besides look at me with blank stairs, and say they don’t know how to do it…… If a customer orders a large sub at a firehouse sub and requests half of it to be brisket and the other half to be prime rib, you can ring that into the system by first selecting the large sub option, then entering half of the sandwich to be brisket and the other half to be prime rib. It's important to communicate clearly with the customer and make sure their order is entered accurately to avoid any confusion or mistakes in the preparation of...
