I ordered two foot longs online. I came to the store and saw the Happy Gilmore promotion was occurring. My daughter was with me and asked if we could get one of the Gilmore cups. I asked the employee if I could purchase one of the cups, they said you can only get them if you purchase the meal.
I then offered to pay for chips and a drink to add to my subs. Then another employee (supervisor I assume) spoke up and said it all had to be on the same ticket. If I wanted a cup I would have to purchase another meal. (This was not said politely, at all).
Just to be clear, you only need to purchase a 6 inch meal to get the cup for $1 more. I ordered 2 foot longs which equals 4 six inch subs. Yet somehow even adding chips and drinks to these subs was not enough.
Even though I live in the area I will never purchase from this Subway again. I encourage anyone else thinking of going here to just head to a different location where they actually value...

Two days ago, an upper manager (WHO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME although I think I caught "Nancy") came in the store and verbally accosted me over not wearing a mask and made me and my son leave the store immediately. I tried to explain that I can't wear a mask due to a disability, and that she is breaking federal and state disability protection laws by forcing me to leave. She was abusive and rude and kept talking over me, not willing to have a conversation - she just said GET OUT NOW. Removing me from the store due to a disability is illegal discrimination and a clear violation of federal law as well as the governor's exemptions to mask policy. This is unacceptable behavior and I will be pursuing this further so that this doesn't happen to anyone else...
Read moreI want to commend the employee that helped me today. She was attentive to my requests, and met them properly. I also want to commend her for solo running the store. She had absolutely no help. No other staff member was present to help her. They didn't come till a little bit after I left. In my opinion no one employee should have to be answering the phone, making subs for customers, and getting slammed with more than four Doordash, or other mobile orders. Especially not at the rate of pay they receive. That was wrong, and very upsetting to see upper management abuse their staff like that.
