Primo Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Nearly $50 for two small, thin, greasy pizzas!! I ordered the large pizza as I have in the past and I got this. When I called to complain it looks like a medium and is way smaller and thinner then what we normally get the manager/owner wanted to argue with me and tell me they don't sell mediums...WTH??? Then she had the nerve to tell me to relax just because i did not agree with her. She then told me she would argue with this review. She can go for it but she cant argue with the pictures.They only sell small, large and x-large....I'm guessing this is to confuse people. I told her I've always asked for the large in the past and have always gotten a way bigger pizza, not thin crust...she verified it from my previous orders but she still wanted to argue with me. Went on and on about how shes been in business for 12 years. Pumping your chest and standing your ground is no way to run a business. It looks as though I'm not the first to say they have bad customer service. With tip I paid nearly $60 for two pizzas which are smaller then the frozen ones in my freezer. But i'm a good learner and I know not to waste my money on bad attitude and bad business. I will not be ordering from them again. If you're reading this manager/owner imagine the money and the credibility you could be making with the community if you were'nt so nasty to customers. All you had to do was say "Let me fix that for you, because I can see you've always received extra larges :)" instead of arguing and giving me your resume...now its your turn to rebut since it's what you said you would do. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice If I don't. I have been ordering from Primos atleast once a week for aboyr 10 years. For kids parties, football night, pool parties, sleepovers, play dates you name it. Sometimes I'm ordering 3 times a week of easily $50 to over $100. And of course during babysitting nights $15-20. Point is I order an unhealthy amount from Primos because the food was GOOOOOOD. Always Fresh there's always something for everyone and it was always worth everydime. Especially the kids and management who worked there were so king and friendly.

HOWEVER, With allll of that being said, I HIGHLY DOUBT I'll be ordering from them anymore sadly. I'm not going to give details because I'm not here to down the Restaurant. But last night will be the last time I put $50 in the trash. I guess 5 times the charm. My family will miss the old Primos, but this new management is making the breakup really easy to do. I can't tell you how much we miss the old Primos... can someone please bring...

The pizza is so good I didn't have to add any seasoning, only time this has ever happened. The crust was perfect, not to thin or thick. I also got their mild wings and they were some of the best I've ever had. The chicken was moist and delicious. The mild sauce was excellent and the skin was perfect. The blue cheese was also fantastic, creamy and chunky. The staff was very friendly and the order was done in the time given. There's a few small tables to dine in. The bathroom was pretty dirty. The interior of the place could use some renovations, but for take out or a quick bite you can't beat it. This is now my go to place for wings and pizza. Looking forward to trying the rest of their menu. I highly...
