Since our last review we wanted to put an update now that we have visited Fountain Grill almost weekly and tried almost everything on their menu.

Their fettuccine pasta, is wonderful. Each silky strand of pasta enveloped in a rich, luscious sauce leaves you craving more with every bite. And their pesto pasta? Delectable doesn't even begin to describe it. The vibrant green pesto sauce, bursting with the flavors of fresh basil and Parmesan, perfectly coats the al dente pasta, creating a symphony of taste that lingers on your palate long after the last forkful.

Now, let's talk about their short ribs sandwich!!!!—those succulent, melt-in-your-mouth morsels of perfection. It has a hint of sweet but is oh so savory. The slow-cooked tenderness, paired with an exquisite blend of spices and sauces, makes every bite a revelation. The au Jus makes the short ribs!!! Dipping them into that sauce takes it to a new level! These short ribs are more than just a dish; we look forward to when they have them on the menu.

And then there's their hot sauce. A small but mighty condiment that packs a punch of flavor. It's not just a sauce; it's an adventure for your taste buds. With just the right balance of heat and flavor, it elevates every dish it graces, leaving you wanting to smother it on everything you eat.

And their Banna Cake!!! Omg!! It's what dreams are made of. Mind you, I don't even like banana, but I crave this cake!!!

If you're looking for a dining experience that's top-notch in every way, Fountain Grill should be at the top of your list. Rated at an impressive 4.9, it may seem too good to be true, but believe me, it lives up to the hype!

From the moment you step inside, there's an unmistakable warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like you're a cherished family member. And that's just the beginning.

The appetizer section of the menu is where the magic starts. Think super fresh ingredients transformed into delightful bites. The fried Mozzarella stands out – crispy on the outside, oozing with cheesy goodness on the inside, and paired perfectly with a housemade tomato sauce. If you're looking for a hint of spice, the old bay wings with blue cheese are a must-try. They're crispy, juicy, and pack a flavorful punch. Not to mention the egg rolls, which are clearly crafted from scratch, fresh and bursting with flavor.

As for the main courses, the steak bowl is a standout. Cooked to perfection, it features a high-quality cut of steak that's brimming with flavor. Then there's the ribs – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and simply delicious. But the showstopper of the evening? The PLANK SALMON. Imagine a salmon so juicy, buttery, and fresh that it practically melts in your mouth. It's unparalleled, and it's doubtful you'll find a match anywhere else.

Desserts at Fountain Grill are not to be missed. The peach cobbler is a delightful mix of crispy and gooey textures, while the banana cake is an absolute treat. And if you're a chocolate lover, their chocolate cake is bound to impress.

Throughout our dining experience, the staff remained attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in our feedback. But honestly, it's hard to suggest any improvements when everything is already so perfect.

Located in Ashburn, Fountain Grill is a relatively new addition to the dining scene, but it's quickly establishing itself as a local favorite. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Don't miss out...

I called ahead of time a week or so in advance to arrange a reservation of approximately 30 people for a team dinner as we were in town for a hockey tournament, traveling with our 14 year old son’s team. I spoke with Malik and he was more than willing to accommodate our group ahead of time, even though they typically don’t take reservations. Coming from out of town, I had no idea what a cute, quaint and small restaurant this was and chose it solely based on the menu.

Upon arrival, the entire staff greeted us with open arms. Our group ended up occupying 7 of the 9 tables in this small restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating when we requested separate checks for each family and the service was extremely attentive as the entire staff worked as a team. The variety of food and drink choices on the menu as well as the quality was exceptional. I don’t believe I heard anything but incredibly positive remarks about their meal from anyone in our group. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing the kids to sit at separate tables from the adults and joining our checks together based on Jersey numbers, which was a new concept to them, but they implemented it flawlessly.

The menu has an incredible variety of both food and drink options. All of which that our group experience were excellent and made fresh and to order with quality ingredients. If you are ever in the area and have not experienced this gem, I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything from the planning to the staff, Service, food and atmosphere was exceptional and if we find ourselves in the Ashburn area again next year, we will surely be back! Thank you, Malik and the entire staff for such a...

After reading all the rave reviews, we figured Fountain Grill was worth a try, and we definitely weren't disappointed! The menu offers a wide variety of mostly American food at very reasonable prices. Each of us decided to try the ribs, and it was a great choice. I went with the mashed potatoes as a side, and they were deliciously unhealthful - whipped very smooth and literally drowning in melted butter. Upon a recommendation from one of the owners, my wife had the freshly homemade mac and cheese as her side. It featured macaroni shells vs. the usual elbows, and combined several different types of cheese with even more shredded to melt on top.

The ribs themselves were simply excellent.p Done to the point that the meat was falling off the bones, but unlike many places, not overcooked to where they become dried-out and crispy. Even the sauce was great: nice and thick, with a taste that wasn't overly sweet. I've had ribs in lots of places, and I don't think that even those from highly-rated BBQ joints were any better than these. In fact, I could have easily enjoyed more than the half-rack serving! With ribs this good, maybe adding a full-rack choice would be a good idea?

As for drinks, I had the premium margarita (the one with better tequila, cointreau, etc.) and she had a lemon drop martini. Both were great.

The place is pretty small, but there were plenty of open tables when we visited late on a weeknight. Despite also offering outdoor seating, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a wait on weekend evenings?

One review called Fountain Grill a "hidden gem", and I agree. The owners are very friendly and clearly take pride in the quality of their food and service. We'll...

100/10 experience. We will be back!!! We visited this afternoon (Sunday) and were immediately greeted outside by a very pleasant hostess who offered us the option of patio or indoor seating. We opted for indoor and we were seated at a booth and attended by the same greeter (Diana). She was extremely warm and welcoming and gave us some recommendations and brought our drinks out quickly. I opted for a bourbon peach signature drink and the bartender knocked it out of the park. Our appetizers and dinners were superb. The BOOM BOOM shrimp was perfectly prepared with a special house made sauce that was just the right amount of spicy and seasoned. The calamari was fried at the right temp so it wasn’t oily or soggy. The entrees we chose were the salmon bowl and the tenderloin steak bowl. They were both delicious with generous portions served with sauces to complement the protein. We opted to save a portion and pack a to-go so we could also indulge in the banana cake for dessert. I’ll say that was a great idea. It was very fresh and well-balanced (not too sweet w fresh banana cream layers). At the end of our meal, we were attended to by the owner Wali who was very friendly and gave us his card as well as a free desert for the next visit. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the entire dining experience at Fountain Grill. Skip those chain restaurants the next time you dine out, you’ll be happy you did!

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner recently, and had a great experience. It was pretty early in the evening, so I can't say how crowded it gets at what most consider to be a typical dinner time, but when we visited, there was plenty of seating and our server was very attentive. They had just gotten their liquor license so while a couple of folks stopped over to the bar, but it wasn't overly busy either. I ordered the French Dip, which came recommended by our server, and after polishing it off, I can definitely see why. Unlike most, the Fountain Grill doesn’t use roast beef, but rather thinly sliced steak tenderloins in their French Dip, and it definitely gives it great flavor. Not that I don’t like roast beef mind you, but this was a bit different and delicious. My daughter had the kids macaroni and cheese and you can tell right off the bat that this was homemade, not something bought at the store to appease the little ones. I was pretty stuffed so didn’t try it, but reports from my daughter was that it was very good. To sum it up, the Fountain Grill has a diverse menu with something for most folks, in addition to great food and excellent service. I look forward to going back and trying more off their menu.
