So I came to this location because I was traveling and staying in a nearby hotel. I ate here and within the first bite or two I noticed the tomatoes were incredibly sour. I spit them out and reported it to the store Mgr. She informed me she had just opened a new bag and no one else complained. (Which I took to mean she didn’t believe me) I also filed a complaint online through their website. They offered for me to come back in and remake my food. Since I wasn’t feeling well for a few days I didn’t go back in. Once I could keep food down, I went back to the location and the remade my order, again it was wrong and missing ingredients. The regional manager called me and stated how sorry she was and that they are looking into this matter, she took my address to send me a gift card to give them another chance.
After providing her with it, I had to leave the country for a bit, when I returned I still had not received anything. I reached back out to her and asked her to send it again, she did not respond. I asked for a refund instead of a gift card. Then is when she reached out and stated she would send it again. It has been well over a month and I haven’t received anything. This gift card was the only way I was going to give TB another chance. After getting food poisoning and then basically pretending like it didn’t happen, I will not ever be returning to...
Read moreTypically, I do not partake in fast food restaurants but as I was driving by I figured id try out Taco Bell. When I entered the establishment, I saw each employee doing their assigned task. And the one in front of me, a young boy named chase, was eager and smiling to take my order at the register. He was extremely kind, polite, and gave in depth descriptions about each menu item. After my order I was already throughly satisfied and planned on reviewing this establishment 5 stars. I went out into my car after receiving my food and began to drive off to find somewhere to park and eat. As I was driving off, I heard a loud POP, my right tire went flat right in front of the Taco Bell. Naturally, I was upset and began to grab the spare from my trunk along with the tools to replace the tire. As I start getting ready, I hear footsteps behind me, I turn around and there he is. Chase, the sweet employee from earlier, he looks me dead in the eyes and says “I’ll take it from here” and proceeds to install the fresh new tire for me all by himself. He was doing this as it was slow inside so he didn’t miss out on any customers as well. I cannot thank Chase enough for how he treated me on this visit and I’d give 6 stars if I could. Truly wonderful...
Read moreOn the weekends I usually like to go pick up a fast food breakfast, but every single time I go to this location, there is ALWAYS an issue. Be it the order being incorrect, or having to wait nearly 15 minutes for a small meal. Today, however was probably the worst experience. It's a nasty, rainy morning so I chose to use the drive thru. Upon pulling up to the speaker, I waited about 5 minutes before finally pulling up to the window. Standing there was an employee counting change. I sat there for a solid minute repeating "excuse me"? Until she finally grudgingly acknowledged me. I told her I'd like to order some food, and she informs me that they are not open yet. It was 7:50 and the opening time posted on the door shows 7:00 as the opening time. When I brought this to her attention, she tells me in the rudest possible tone "something wrong with the food, we open around 8." I asked why there was no sign posted reflecting that information and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. If you can't handle the complexities of opening a fast food restaurant on a Sunday morning, maybe you should find...
