You ever find yourself someplace completely unplanned and considered; "its sooooo good I can't keep it to myself"...Well that's the point of this review...to quote a new Disney classic 🎶YOU'RE WELCOME🎶. I can't even claim full credit for stumbling upon this treasure. I was on a mission to do an advance location "check-out", to see if distance and other factors made it worth the travel. Needless to say somehow I found myself parked and inside before I knew it. I blame/thank my appetite. From the greeting by staff upon entry to the stroll pass the 🍰 display as you're being seated to the arrival of the meal...there are no true words, but I will do my best. Again, pleasant greeting by staff and then the relaxed yet calm atmosphere almost had me feeling as if I were people watching from a park bench instead of the comfort of my booth-"table for one please". I decided it's lunchtime, the meatloaf w/the Greek green beans and mashed potatoes...can't really mess that up. I had no clue what I was in store for. You know when you do the simultaneous fork&knife cut of the first bite...after inserting the fork with no resistance, I kindly advised my knife that its services were no longer needed...soooo tender!! The flavor notes told me that love, care and time were amongst the ingredients...you could taste the home in the home-made food. The fame claimed is theirs. Some places say it and the green beans will have that canned aftertaste; well not here!!! They make it their business to make sure you remember why having a meal with or without company should be an enjoyable experience...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT FOUR SEASONS MIDLOTHIAN! You are truly a Dining Delight😌

Four Seasons Midlothian is a must-visit for generous portions, flavorful dishes, and a dessert menu worth saving room for. The standout recommendation is their homemade tiramisu! It is spongy, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, making it the ideal way to end the meal. From the start, the appetizers set the tone with both size and flavor. The Greek Nachos are a crowd-pleaser for big parties, offering a satisfying mix of crispy chips, tangy cheese blends, creamy sour cream, and salsa that all work together beautifully. The stuffed grape leaves are hearty, with a rice filling that can fill you up quickly, so pace yourself if you plan on tackling an entrée. For a bit of tableside entertainment, the flaming cheese starter not only delivers rich, melty goodness but also adds a memorable experience to the evening. Entrées are large enough to share or save for later. The Four Season Baked Spaghetti is a standout, layered with sausage, green pepper, marinara sauce, garlic, and a melty blend of mozzarella and cheddar. Every bite feels thoughtfully balanced, though it could benefit from a lighter hand on the oil imo. As a side, the French Onion Soup offers deep, savory flavors, but it leans slightly salty even with the bread. Overall, Four Seasons Midlothian offers warm hospitality, big flavors, and even bigger portions. Come hungry, share an appetizer, and don’t skip dessert, especially the tiramisu.

Went there with a group during the late morning (10am reservation). Our waitress had a dry sense of humor which came off as a bit rude "can I ask you a question?" "I don't know, can you?" wasn't really what we needed from the serving staff. Our party was about 7 people and we ordered breakfast food. The restaurant wasn't even at half capacity (maybe two or three other tables were occupied) but our food came out with a weird 20 or 30 minute gap between the first four people and everyone else. We all ordered at about the same time. When the second group got our food, the first group was finished eating. The food itself was mediocre. Cooked well but not seasoned well. I needed a lot of salt and pepper on my veggie omelette and my home fries. I enjoyed my time because of the people I was there with, but my high expectations weren't really satisfied. They did have a wide selection of desserts, and one of my party took home quite a few dessert options. Notably, there were three different "tower" cakes that were three layers with the mid layer being some flavor of cheesecake--one was carrot cake one was chocolate with chocolate cheesecake in the middle, and the last was strawberry with strawberry cheesecake and strawberry slices. Those looked good if you're into cheesecake. I ordered a baklava to go and that was pretty tasty.

This restaurant was originally in my hometown which was very rural, quiet, and had a very cozy little family restaurant feel. I grew up going here all the time with my family, and they recently moved out to midlothian. I was very sad to find out they were moving away but happy for their growth/expansion nonetheless. The food has always been a town favorite and the restaurant goes way back in their family. If you are expecting a boujee, snooty, super upscale Greek Italian restaurant then I’m sorry - that’s not what they’re here for. They’re known to serve families authentic, family style, Greek/italian food that feels home cooked. The desserts is where they always shine, I’ve never had better desserts anywhere else and their portions are huge (if you want a delicious LARGE slice of cake, etc. look no further). Their new building does look way more modern and fancy but they are very much still the four seasons I know, and I am so glad to see they haven’t changed too much. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, perhaps the adjustment to midlo has resulted in some rare bad days for some of their servers with it being so much busier than they’re used to, but I love this restaurant and a lot of families have special memories made with them in their old location. Please be respectful when leaving your honest reviews, this isn’t just a new ‘pop up’ restaurant in midlo, they’ve got strong familial history. Also, yes their food is tasty, but if you’re wondering about their prices - keep in mind that these are reflective of how incredibly huge their portions are, they are not going to skimp on serving sizes here, ever. I miss being able to drive 5 minutes down the road to four seasons, and I’d be so grateful if I had this restaurant near me still. They may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’ll die on this hill. They’ll always be my favorite family...

We tried Four Seasons for breakfast one morning and we were impressed with the service, the waitress was kind and there was a gentleman in a chef outfit going to each table checking on everyone, there seemed to be regulars that knew him. We decided to go back for an early dinner a week later… Whew, shift change got them, when we came in we were sat, we had our 2 daughters with us. We were also given a lunch menu, it was 2:35. The server came over took our drink orders after we were there for 10 minutes. I asked for a children’s menu and he stared at my daughter, probably wondering her age, she’s tall for her age. He left and never came back but he was still there? Which we thought was odd, maybe he didn’t like us, don’t know 😆 Another lady came to the table, we still had not gotten drinks so she had to take those orders again. She brought back our drinks and when we were about to order she said we could not order from the lunch menu, which we were given when we were seated 25 minutes ago. She had to go ask someone. She got the ok for that, fine. She didn’t know what came with what items. It took forever for our food to come, we didn’t get refills on drinks she only came by to drop off the check. Night and day from your morning crew. My husbands burger was over cooked, they didn’t have any onions or pickles to go on it, just lettuce. He doesn’t want to go back because the amount we spent did not reflect the service the second go round. Sad, I was excited...
