I don’t even know where to begin. This place is a complete joke! My son and I stopped in today and we ordered two chicken quesadillas, chips and queso, one chocolate chip cookie and two regular drinks. The employee makes our chicken quesadillas and proceeds to ring us up and I told him that I would also like chips and queso a cookie and two regular drinks. After he finishes ringing me up he looks up at me and says “the receipt is getting ready to print out so grab it if you want it” and then walked off to help the next customer. After standing there for a couple of minutes I walked over to the employee and asked him where are my chips and queso? He said “oh.” I asked him about the cookie as well and he told me “just to reach around the glass and grab one.” Once he handed me everything and proceeded to walk off I asked him where are the cups? He came back and grab me 2 cups and said “it’s been a long day.” I laughed and said it’s not even 1:30 so it can’t be that long. He said “yeah well I woke up with a sore throat and now I’m here.” To be honest as angry as I was spending $32.91 for this type of meal and service I actually now think it’s hilarious. Personally I think I would’ve been better off if this place had a pet monkey serving us. I noticed a lot of the other negative comments that the owner states that he wants to speak with the management to find ways for improvement. As a business owner myself, here would be my advice… you might want to rethink your management and staff and consider cleaning house with fresh faces. Considering how new this location is and the amount of other negative comments. Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 8:50PM (store hours are until 10:00PM as posted on the front door) and was met with “The store is currently closed, please visit us during our normal business hours” automated message. The store was still open (not a single customer inside,) and I had to take my four month old out of his car seat before going inside to order food to take home to my family.
Management, please note that this extremely frustrating to your patrons, let alone a family with young kids. If the drive thru closes early, post it, as I’m not the first to have this issue, per your reviews. My wife and I stopped ordering delivery because our orders were always missing items, and now we feel we can no longer rely on your storefront.

Read moreThe food is usually great, but I waited as the front person in line at the drive through for over 15 minutes (I was watching the time because I am trying to be responsible about my lunch break) and they still had not taken my order. I said hello and the person said they were busy inside. I asked where I would be in that line and they politely apologized but had no indication of how much longer I would need to wait before I could give my order. They shared they had the line and online orders to finish first. I don't know about you, but my lunch break isn't long enough to waste that much time. It is abundantly clear that there is no system in place for prioritizing the drive through and the dining room guests in a reasonable way.
