I wish I could remember the name of the batista who helped me, because she went above and beyond. Besides being friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, she was just so very kind.
This location is a bit further away than the one I usually go to, but much easier to get in and out of the parking lot. The location closer to me has friendly staff, as well, but too often I notice my drinks being a bit short of full. Not a lot, but enough to be a bit annoying, especially for the price. I do not have that problem at this location, at least I haven't so far.
The drive through was very, very busy yesterday, the line almost the entire way around. That's not a pro or con, in my opinion. Anyway, I decided to pick up my mobile order inside, instead of waiting in that long line.
Inside was very clean, and while I didn't sit or anything (wasn't there long enough to, but also because of COVID), it looked quite comfortable. The floor was well marked for social distancing spacing. Everyone was wearing masks as required, and the inside wasn't very busy at all.
My bagel was toasted a bit more than I prefer. I like my bagels lightly toasted, this one was toasted enough that it was on the crunchy side (was not burned).

Read moreI just want to take a chance to tell the management to have the employees slow down a little bit. I rarely come to Starbucks so I am not super familiar with the sizes and products and the person at the drive thru kept trying to fill in what they thought I wanted and kept interrupting me that if they had just let me finish it would’ve been less time. Then, they either told me the wrong total or tried to give me the wrong change and fixed it by giving me money from their tip jar. If they had just taken the extra 20 seconds and not rushed then they could’ve saved themselves money. They were polite but it did not leave me with a positive experience. I gave it 4 stars because the drink was right and I have been there two other times that was better experience. I am sharing because I do want to pay for the drink I ordered and I don’t want the store to lose money because of a simple error that could be avoided if they weren’t rushing. The customers will come because it is a good store so taking a few extra seconds to make sure you are giving the best customer experience will keep them coming back to this store. I have ordered the Dragon Drink from this a Starbucks quite a few times and they ALWAYS mess up the drink... no coconut milk, a refresher.... and today no dragon fruit. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I got the most flippant employee. She told me there was a National shortage on th dragon fruit pieces. She tried to tell me it WAS a dragon drink just not fruit. I said it's not the dragon drink because it had no fruit. She argued that it was. I asked if you went to a restaurant and they didn't give you one of your items, then you would not have your order'. She stated we are not a restaurant.
Now my husband will is there and MIRACULOUSLY- another restaurant (during a National shortage) delivered some dragon fruit pieces in the fifteen minutes since we were there.
