Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

I order my food they were friendly. I ordered the cherry lemonade and found out at the window no cherry lemonade and the cup that it comes in wasn't available. So I got the lemonade plain. Was disappointed about the cup didnt found out til I got to the window. The chicken sandwiches I ordered was old the Nashville hot and hand breaded chicken sandwich and turn back around and I for fresh chicken and it wasn't dress with the lettuce and tomato on it. Waited again got them hot but got home taste like they were fried in fish grease. At this point I didn't want to go back for the third time but don't see the owner number and didn't want to call the store but I feel I should get some gift cards for b the at least $20. I don't mind paying the price for the food but don't just give me anything and lie to make it like you was dropping fresh chicken down like a batch. I rather eat at Hardees than another restaurant was very disappointed. I ordered from another Hardees 1 to 2 weeks before and the sandwiches was hot and dressed well. This is an absolutely terrible Hardee's location. Everytime I come here I am giving horrible customer service starting at the drive-up window. They do a horrible job of acknowledging that you are there and then act like it is a chore that they are having to take your order. On this particular trip today the lady asked me what I wanted I told her what I wanted and then she never responded to me for about 20 minutes until I drove up to the window myself and made the order at the window she just laughed about it and they made jokes about a movie about bad customer service. Then they ended up pulling me from the drive thru the save there drive-thru Times by falsifying the numbers. By doing this and what is an unsafe location for people to have to pull up because the person behind you doesn't have an opportunity to get around you I was almost hit and got cussed out by a big truck. They took 20 more minutes to bring my food out to me is absolutely outrageous I will never visit this location again as far as I got buddy you'll just have to make it work...

I enjoy the breakfast platter of eggs, sausage, biscuit w/ sausage gravy and tater-tots. Drive thru pickup quick and accurate. Great biscuit. Sausage has decent flavor for fast food quality. Eggs not impressive, flat with little volume, but passable if I choose to eat out rather than fix at home. Service presentable for getting food on the go. Cashier/server can show a touch more friendly attitude other than I am at work and going through the motions needed to pass the time to make hours. Nothing rude mind you. Just not as hospitable. No party hats needed, just a bit more of a friendly "Thank you for stopping by", showing some appreciation for customer selecting his restaurant he represents to purchase a meal. No anger or being upset. Just an impression that makes customer more willing to visit, hopefully sooner rather than later...
