Me and my children have been to this location 4 times in the past month ( july 2023)since moving to the area . Everytime we go it has not been pleasant. Each time the pizza doesn't seemed cooked all the way its soggy on the bottom infact one time we were their and a employee was walking out the door and as she approached the door she yelled "make sure the pizza is cooked all the way tonight a customer called complaining saying her pizza wasn't cooked all the way through " following her statement to the employees their response was laughing about the situation upon me getting home ironically enough our pizza was not cooked all the way either which I take responsibility I should have checked before leaving after hearing the above statement. Being a retail store manager myself previously I make it a point not to complain as I know it's difficult sometimes and busy and staffing sometimes is a issue. As to why I have kept going in hopes each time will be better as Me and my children like to get your pizza once a week as a treat normally on Fridays, although after tonight's experience we will not be returning. The staff absolutely did not seem to know what was going on yes it was extremely busy because of the lack of direction from any manager The cashier seemed new and was very uncomfortable looked very stressed the manager made a appearance once up front to get change or something at this point she could visually see a.lobby of about 12 people and her staff visually struggling . I think I saw 2 managers I could be wrong but like I mentioned the lack of direction was beyond me. I know first hand situations can be overwhelming in that moment the manager should have taken over the front end put the cashier on duty to give out orders to people whose pizza was ready and got the linedown one gentleman asked for a discount because of the entirely to long.of a wait. Employees were walking around not knowing what to do first and that comes from the manager on duty when your team is struggling its your job to change it around everyone should know what their job is at all times and what they should be doing their was ZERO multitasking questions went unanswered and another gentleman ordered his online yesterday and it wasn't ready. I think if managed properly the employees could do a great job.but management on duty absolutely did not manage her team what so ever . I hate leaving a review like this like I mentioned I understand how mentally and physically overwhelming and draining retail and customer service can be at times but if you do not have a good team leader to follow and give direction you will fall short every time. As I'm reading reviews I have yet to see 1 good or positive one even more concerning I don't see one reply on any review from a owner or.higher ups that goes over the reviews for this franchise apologizing for the service everyone is receiving when going their to spend our hard earned money which maybe the key to all of.this if the higher ups don't care to even acknowledge us customers and our reviews that seems to say from customer service isn't a priority at any level...
Read moreFirst of all I don't expect rocket scientist to be working at any fast food establishment but with that being said I do expect them to at least be able to spell rocket. So I pulled up to start ordering my food and the person over the loud speaker gives me a total after ordering just one of my items. I then proceed to tell her that I was not done ordering, she apologized and then I proceed with the second item and before I can finish speaking I am given a new total. I manage keep my composure as I repeat myself in saying that I am still not done ordering and again she apologizes and I continue to place my order. At this point I start to worry why this person is allowed to be around hot ovens.... Once I finally complete my order I slowly pull up to the window where I proceed to pay and am given a yellow flag with instructions to go park and wait for my food to come out. So I park and start to patiently wait, I should probably mention that it is pouring rain at this point. After waiting for a while I see someone briskly walking out twords my car with two pizzas in their hands. They approached the car next to me which has a purple flag and handoff one of the two pies and then turn and bring me one of the three that I ordered, which I found kind of odd. When I rolled down my window to take my pie I attempted to let her know that I ordered two more items but she proceed to take my yellow flag and head inside without saying anything. So I sat there and waited and waited and waited some more. At this point I start to have suspicion of just how competent the people that work at this establishment may be. With all of the evidence leading to a doubt in my mind I start to look at the pizza she gave me in the first place, when I notice that it says in BIG BOLD LETTERS the word purple on the box. This strikes me as funny because of the fact that I had a yellow flag and the car that is next to me had a purple flag, go figure... After a few more minutes go by this person reappears outside and starts walking towards my car. As she gets to my window she asks me to hand back the pizza she originally gave me. Once I hand it off to her she goes back inside with it in hand. Now I'm really confused and decide to go back through the drive-through to figure out what is going on. When I get to the window the girl who originally took my order asks me in a confused voice if I had already ordered once before. After I explained what was happening she was able to confirm my suspicions of her co-worker being dropped on her head as a child. I'm not sure if Little Caesars goes over the color wheel with their new employees or not, or if it is just company policy to have the inability to communicate properly, but it is very apparent that the life of a Little Caesars employee is a true struggle. To keep me from questioning the intelligence level of humankind I think I will pass on visiting this...
Read moreWorst experience ever. When I pulled up to place my order the young lady came across the speaker and said ( what do you need) I placed my order after having to repeat it several times. I asked for two DR Pepers and she said they don't have any. As my daughter and I where sitting in line waiting. The same young lady was standing at the door talking on the phone in a very load voice. She was proceeding to tell whoever was on the phone who she was screwing this coming weekend. I could not believe what the he'll I was hearing sitting in the drive thru line. We get to the window and paid for the food. Which was two pizzas two crazy breads with 2 sauces and a galic sauce. As we where sitting waiting for I food the young lady walks around the counter and locks the door in a customer's face and laughs. Another lady hands us one of the pizzas and told us to park in the parking lot and she would bring it out to us. We waited over an hour. I finally had to go in there and tell them to give me my food. The same young lady with the mouth on her gave me the wrong bread and only one sauce and tried not to give me a garlic sauce. She wasn't even paying attention to the order ticket. I then noticed that they had a whole cooler full of drinks including DR Pepper. As I'm waiting for her to give me my food she look at another customer and ask her if she had a online order she say no the young lady with the mouth problem tells her they aren't taking any orders right now. We hot our food and when I got home I realized the bread was wrong and it was pretty much raw on the inside. They are totally...
