Mattress Firm Outlet - Laburnum Avenue — Hotel in Highland Springs

I went into mattress firm looking to buy a new mattress for around $800. I told the gentleman That I had a beautyrest black and I really liked it, but I knew that was out of my price range for a spare bedroom. He said we have some clearance beauty rest for around $1400 and I said that’s still out of my price range. Could you do one for $1000 and he said let me look. He said he had two in his computer and that he could do $1000. He said nothing to me about it being a pre owned mattress because I would’ve never bought it. I didn’t even know that a mattress store could sell a preowned mattress. Must less sell one that has a stain on it. Once I picked it up, got it on my trailer. I noticed there was a tag that said pre owned. I talked to a manager he said I could bring it back for for refund. I said let me talk to my wife and as long as it looks OK we’re good with it. Once we got at home and took the plastic off, we noticed there was a stain on it. Even if this was a preowned mattress, or floor model I didn’t think you could legally take a brand new mattress back to the store with a stain on it and then re sell it. Not sure what I can do at this point. Just letting people know if you think you’re getting a discount at mattress firm or any other mattress place, Make sure you ask if it’s been preowned or floor model. Unfortunately sometimes these shady places don’t disclose that info upfront. Oh, not to mention, he told me this mattress was good for Side sleepers and it’s not And that’s what I asked for. Good how are you doing? I guess that’s what I get for buying a mattress on the spare...

I went in to Mattress Firm on July 4th. Met Trevor who is an extremely nice, non-pushy salesman. One thing that will turn me away is a pushy salesperson. Anyway, Trevor was GREAT!! He was so patient with me on deciding which mattress would work best. I was also shopping for a mattress for my mom. She lives about 25mins. from the Mattress Firm I was at so I had her go to the one closest to her. Trevor gave her suggestions over the phone on which mattresses to try and he was extremely patient. I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to talk to Trevor at the Laburnum location across from White Oaks Mall. Now to the delivery. My two delivery guys were AWESOME!! There was a mix up in addresses and Reynaldo had no problem changing course to bring me my mattress. They were super friendly. We talked like we had met before..haha. Anyway, they put my encasement mattress cover on for me which is not something they had to do. Just super nice guys. I hope Renaldo and his co-worker Josh are the ones delivering my mom's mattress next week. By the way, I purchased the #2Purple mattress for myself and my mom w/adjustable bed frame. Prayerfully it will not disappoint.

Edit: So my mother's bed came today and I had the pleasure of having Reynaldo and Henry deliver it. Once again, very friendly and professional. They put down a Mattress Firm mat outside the front door and wore shoe covers. They were very professional.

My experience with Mattress Firm Laburnum has been lengthy but has ended in a very satisfying experience.

The first mattress choice and transaction did not go well so I held off until the beginning of July. Still quite indecisive, I wsited to receive a better sale to my satisfaction.

Once I finally came to a final conclusion, my very patient, knowledgeable, professional Sales Associste Tevor Worosher, assisted me patiently to come to a very good end decision. I'm sure I'll enjoy a great sleep experience with my Top Notch adjustable frame and my Brand new Beauty Rest Mattress. Also looking forward to the comfort and cooling agent if my new pillows.
