KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

I arrived at KFC between 105 and 110 p.m. after making the decision on what I was going to take place to order. I've ordered hot wings and a side of string beans, I was told it would take 9 minutes to cook. As I waited for my food to cook there were two young ladies behind the counter and one guy at the register. The young lady in red shirt and red hat begin to serve side items and place the foods in the containers she did that handed the food to the customer. Then she begin to prepare another side intems before she grabs the services spoon with the side items she began to dig in her nose! I admittedly ask for my money back and thought that was the most disgusting horrible thing that anyone could ever do. I did not express myself with the manager because he did not seem like The Situation would matter to him, he was more fun and games with the Associates at work. The only reason why I can say that is because he was joking around with the staff when the young lady need change and other things so I didn't see no reason to even report. For a long time service here had been terrible but around early 2022 or so that seemed to change. People were friendly and helpful. But on my last visit 2/6/23 it appears to have reverted back to the old ways and worse. The worse is, the 12 piece bucket of chicken I got didn't even taste like KFC. There were no "finger lickin good" seasonings on the breading and the chicken was well overcooked and appeared to be fried in really old oil. 1 wing was no bigger than my thumb. My wife and I agreed that for nearly $40 we should not be getting minute pieces of chicken that don't taste any different than WAWA. I fry a lot of chicken at home and I can easily make chicken that taste more like KFC than this location seems to be able to do. At first I though maybe the quality issue is just a couple/3 pieces, but no, it's the whole bucket. They sealed the deal for me, as I'm never going back there and will seriously question my desire to visit any...

I went to this kfc on Williamsburg Road around 8:40 PM on a sunday night and ordered a $5 fill up meal. Which included a chicken breast, mac n cheese, Mountain Dew, a cookie and a biscuit. When I pull up to the window the cashier informed me that a customer inside took the last chicken breast. I was informed they were out of extra crispy and original at the moment. so i asked how long would it take to make some more chicken breast, the cashier said they were done cooking chicken for the night. so i had to settle for whatever they had. I asked the cashier “when is closing time?” she replied “we close at 11pm”. So basically you’re telling me that every car that comes to the drive-through and everybody that comes inside to order will just have to settle for what you have because you are done cooking chicken for the night at 840pm.
