0 starts keep your distance!!!! Gotta tip them $3+ or they will refuse to cancel your delivery..... althou is 3 min away.... plus they charge you a delivery fee...... Amazing place.... wonder why i didnt come back again to this place...

Very good you guys just lost a whole family.... and a lot of future deliveries..... great

P.s. for the owners....you guys make a lot of money and your prices are certainly high....have some decency and pay your drivers something decent instead of charging a delivery fee and keeping 100% of the profit for you.....

The most lamest thing is to refuse business if i dont pay 5 dollars of tip.....

Plus always get my ordered wrong not once....always!!!!!

Anyways im pretty sure at this rate it wont remain open for long.

Instead of forcing the customer to provide $3 plus service delivery fee.... some of the expense should come out of your pocket!!! And i usually dont spend my time writing reviews unless the experience was terrible!

Forgot to mentioned this place promotes paying cash.... WONDERING IF THEY DECLARE TAXES OR IF THEY CHEAT THE SYSTEM???? BY INCENTIVATING THE CONSUMER TO PAY CASH THERE IS A "REWARD" OF 5 OR 10% OFF..... INTERESTING!!!!

SINCE I ACCEPTED THE DELIVERY FEE AND $2 DOLLAR EXTRA TIP FOR 2 MINUTES OF DRIVE AND WAS TOLD IF NOT $3 NOT DELIVERY.....

I REALLY EXPECT MY $32 DOLLARS BACK ON MY ACCOUNT ASAP AND JUST SO YOU KNOW I WILL ALSO REPORT THIS PRACTICE TO BBB IM PRETTY SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF IT....

i promote good business and you are not one of them!!! Also care about your own pocket.... dont care about your drivers otherwise you would share a portion of you already high profit that you make.... People like you are terrible for the community so picl your words next time you choose to check how many reviews i put or...

ZERO STARS. Will never order delivery again. I was charged a tip I did not agree too. When I called about I was told “I must not have heard right” no ma’am I told you my tip of choice you said ok and hung up. Always check your receipts. If there is a “minimum Tip” which I’ve never heard of in my life - then that needs to be told to the customer not after and then told they’re wrong. Worst customer service ever. Don’t argue with your customers with so much attitude that you’d think a 12 year old is answering the phone.

I don’t appreciate being insulted or your insinuating choice of words. Why would I bother to write a review of something if I had agreed? If I had agreed I would not have called to complain or bothered with a review. Don’t bother with your “credit” I will not be returning as a customer. 1st and last experience was enough for me. I don’t expect a refund my complaint was on the pure principle of the fact that your cashier in blatant fact stole from me. Also your comment of a $1 difference now makes me want to check my bank account as it was only a .50 difference. When I called to complain I told your cashier I wasn’t going to gripe or demand a refund of fifty cents but simply to tell her that if you are going to charge someone something OTHER than what they agreed too they need to be notified ahead of time. My niece was visiting and accidentally ordered from this location. Instead of the owner being understanding and letting it go he started swearing at her. He said,"What the hell is wrong with you?" "Have you all been smoking all night?" You can't make this stuff up. He ended up hanging up on her while she apologized. As her Aunt, I was livid. I called back and spoke to him he immediately went into how he told her what location it was. I explained that she doesn't live here and did not know. I also said he was being ignorant, speaking to her like that, and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the call became a shouting match because he would not listen and started using the F word at me. I am not proud of my response to him bringing me to his low level. This location obviously has very ignorant, abusive, and unprofessional staff. I have never in my life had such an volatile experience. Never order from this location!! The person I spoke with...
