I visit this location 1-2 times a week and usually always have pleasant visits. There used to be a kind Middle Aged man that worked there but I haven’t seen him the past couple months. The ladies that are working there now don’t seem to care about the customer service aspect of being polite. I was just at the location (1.27.19 @ 11:20 am ) where I encounter the rudest woman I’ve ever met. Absolutely horrendous. I bought three tuna sandwiches (2/ 6” and 1 ft long) the Foot-long was to be deluxe. After she loaded it with tuna I asked if it was a deluxe because it didn't seem like it and she just stared at me. I asked again and she did a half nod like I was bothering her and an annoyance. I let that one slide and didn’t take her attitude to heart until we reached the register. I advised her that I had a coupon for a free bag of chips and she started ringing up the order. She told me the total ( with coupon not included) I asked if she had put the coupon in and she said no very quickly. I asked again and she started punching the numbers in and again no money was taken off. I said “ that’s with the coupon?” She said no. At that point I’m mad. She was ignoring me. I asked her what was her problem because she had been rude since I walked in. Read moreI have been visiting this subway consistently for 5 years now. I’ve always had the best experience. However the new owners are Indian. Although I love Indian culture and my Indian friends, there are known to be very frugal and this is obvious in how the new owner is managing the place. My family is vegan and they really skimp on veggies now. The owners disdain for supplementing vegetables on sandwiches without meat is ridiculous. Literal attitude when asking for extra. Who is going to pay $8 for a thin sandwich with no filling? Indians wouldn’t, so why are they trying to take advantage of people paying good money to grab a sandwich?! No bag to put sandwiches\chups in. Then topper was when I got them home all the sandwiches had wrong toppings on them.
