Today, 1/17/2024, I was cussed out by the cashier. She was a white woman who mustâve been in her 40s. My sister went inside to pick up our order and when she came back to the car, we realized it was the wrong order. My sister went back inside and told the cashier the order is wrong and asked her if theyâd be making a new order. The cashier was annoyed and confused and she did not respond to my sister. That is when I went inside to see whatâs going on. I asked the cashier what is the status of our order (since she ignored my sister) and if they could refund us since they gave our order to someone else. She rudely said âno one was given your order theyâre making it right nowâ. So I was frustrated at this point and was being rude and asked when it will be ready since we had already been waiting, and she said âidk theyâre making itâ so I told her to ask the kitchen staff. She turned around and ignored me. I started talking to my sister and said the cashier was dumb for not checking the order before giving it to us. The cashier turned around and called me a BTCH. Then she told me to get out of âher restaurantâ, and she walked into the office. I called her lazy for not checking orders because I wasnât the only order she didnât check before giving to the customer. ANOTHER customer had come back with a wrong pick up order. She is clearly lazy, incompetent and ill-mannered. It is her JOB to check the food before she bags it, SHE messed up yet sheâs calling me the BTCH. Then she came out of the office and put my food in the bag and dropped it on the counter. I called her the same slur she called me, a BTCH, then she called me a BTCH back. We exchanged nasty remarks as I walked out. She needs to go work somewhere else that is not customer service focused, she is lazy, rude and ill-mannered. You never show a customer attitude if youâre wrong, and you certainly NEVER cuss the customer out if you messed up as...
Read moreHands down BEST customer service I have EVER had at any restaurant. We are from 3 hours away and stopped in here not knowing anything about the place. We just wanted pizza. But my gosh were we suprised. My fiancĂ©, son, and myself enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, truffle pizza, chicken tenders and fries (which were very very fresh) zucchini fries, and garlic knots. The pizza has the perfect 50-50 ratio of cheese and sauce. I can not express how great the food was but the customer service and family oriented employees were something you just canât find anywhere anymore. Demetri the store manager kept assuring us and our (over tired but hyper son) that he was glad weâre there and donât worry let him play and have fun. As a tired mom this meant so much. If you know you know. Employee Jennifer was so kind and thoughtful to bring us everything we needed and ask if we needed anything to go. She was new there but definitely an asset to this store. Not to sound dramatic, but it overly fills my heart with love and joy to have this wonderful experience when itâs not so common anymore. Keep up the good work!!! Itâs people like Demetri and Jennifer that keep this world...

HELICOBACTER PYLORI IS NOT A SEASONAL VIRUS. IT TAKES A GOOD PCP TO DETECT DIAGNOSE AND TREAT H. PYLORI. Most people think they have heartburn or acid reflux because of the similarities of symptoms. If left untreated it can lead to serious complications. Four of us ended up with this bacteria from eating the same food from the same place; Manhattan pizza in Gainesville.
Posted in March 2025. We contracted H. Pylori after eating food from this place we felt abdominal cramps diarrhea and vomiting. We had their chicken Alfredo salads and pizza. We are under antibiotics treatment for two weeks. It was very clear and visible that cross-contamination was present. When we picked up our food we noticed the cooks werenât wearing gloves holding a bread roll with one hand and cooking chicken with the other hand no gloves!! We witnessed cashiers handling money, going back and forth to the kitchen handling food and packing it...
