I recently dined at La Finca, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the staff's attentiveness was a saving grace, the overall quality of the food fell short of expectations.
To start, the salsa provided felt like a letdown. It tasted as if it had been store-bought and lacked the freshness and zest that one would expect from a restaurant that prides itself on its cuisine. The salsa is often a vital component of the dining experience at a Mexican restaurant, and its uninspiring taste set the tone for the rest of the meal.
Regrettably, the disappointment continued with the main dishes. The food, which is the heart of any dining establishment, failed to impress. The flavors were lackluster, and it seemed as though something was missing in terms of seasoning and authenticity. I had hoped for a more authentic and mouthwatering experience, but the dishes fell flat.
The one redeeming aspect of my visit was the staff. The waitstaff at La Finca was exceptional in their service. They were attentive, courteous, and diligent in keeping up with the needs of our table. Despite the culinary shortcomings, their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience was evident and appreciated.
In conclusion, while the service at La Finca was commendable, it's difficult to overlook the disappointingly bland food and subpar salsa. Dining out should be a delightful and memorable experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case at La Finca. Given my underwhelming experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to others who are seeking an authentic and satisfying Mexican dining experience. There are undoubtedly better options in town for those craving genuine, flavorful...
Read moreI was so excited to try La Finca as it is super close to me and it is a new Mexican place. I order To-Go as I walk-In, I totally forgot about my mask, the politest thing the hostess could of said was mam’ please wear your mask. All she did was walk away and leave me confuse because she didn’t say at least let me check on your order. The manager came to assist me and he was very nice. I am totally aware a mask is required but I didn’t even notice I wasn’t wearing it. Regarding the food we order Supreme nachos, cheese stake burrito, fish tacos and cheese dip. The nachos were not to bad I give them a 6 out 10. They had a nice flavor nothing special about them just chips and beens with lots of cheese. The burrito was a no for me. The steak was too chewy and it was filled with mostly onions. My daughter liked her fish tacos. The dip had to much grease and the chorizo was over cooked it was another no for me. The food was well package and divided I like that very much. But I will be giving them another try maybe the dine in experience would change how I feel about it. I wanted a more authentic flavors as it is a...
Read moreI decided to try this place for the first time. Ordered through Door Dash for food delivery. At first i opened my tamales and the corn was runny and did not hold its shape. My sons burrito looked more like an enchiladas rather than a thick burrito. I called them to complain. This woman, Jazmine, answered and instantly made me feel like a valued customer and that my issues were heard. She told me how it should have been prepared and that she was going to make it right. She apologized and offered to remake them. My son went to pick them up and she threw in a free guac and chip along with a drink for my sons drive back. It was more than just what she did to correct it, it was her attitude and personality that made this situation a good one. The food was fantastic. To La Finca, she’s a great employee for your place and hope you recognize the value she brings to...
