Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at one of your franchise locations in Chantilly, VA.
As a loyal customer, I frequently visit your Ashburn and Reston locations and have consistently received excellent service. However, while in the Chantilly area, I decided to stop by that location and was unfortunately met with a very different and upsetting experience.
It was clear the staff, including the manager, were under pressure—perhaps coming off a busy lunch rush—but that does not excuse the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. The individual preparing my sandwich was rude and visibly frustrated, and when I raised concerns about how my food was being handled, the manager failed to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he told me to “get out of his store.” When I asked if he was the owner, he admitted he was not.
I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, which is not what I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s. This experience has unfortunately made it clear that I will not be returning to the Chantilly location.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be addressed appropriately and that other customers will not have a similar experience.

The color and texture of the “steak” was all wrong. WHERES THE PEPPERS? And very little onions. The bare minimum that would be on a cheese steak sub where it could even be called a cheese steak sub. On their 03/31 donation drive, we placed orders at the Chantilly branch and after having waited outside for 20 minutes, I checked inside and was told they were "out of bread". They offered a refund or take wraps instead. We were hungry and reluctantly went with the latter. Many other customers canceled their orders.
